In the very beginning there was one. This one was known only as Primal. Then Primal was joined by two more, Alpha and Beta. Together the 3 Created all the known worlds, universes, and life as we know it.

2 AC-278 AC Queen's Landing Westeros Selene's POV:
My rule began well and continued well. I toured my kingdom and gave aid where needed. I used my magic to make sure crops prospered. I outlawed slavery. I made sure our streets were clean, our people feed with homes, and that our land was at peace. I allowed no wars. If you tried to start one you were put down. All conflicts had to be brought to me. I would not tolerate the fighting. My laws were strict but fair. I did allow whore houses but those that worked there did so of their own will and were paid fair and looked after health wise. They could also leave when they wished. I outlawed child marriage. If the ones wedding were not of at least 16 years it was forbidden. I did allow multiple spouses. Though I did not allow abuse of any kind. If you were found to beat your spouse, family, servants or any other under your care you were imprisoned or worse. Rape was the same if you were not killed. We did not have to worry much about Thieves either. The land was prosperous and everyone worked. When the Lord Commander of the Night's watched explained the decline in men manning the wall I gave them aid under two conditions. 1 Every man that volunteered was allowed to marry to carry on the tradition. And 2 The families of the Night's Watch worked the land around the castles and ran the towns as well. He agreed and the Night's Watch Flourished. Every Castle was manned and repaired. The towns brought in new trade and life as well. They did not have to rely on beggars, thieves, murderers or rapists to man the wall. The Targaryens flourished on Dragonstone. Though they did keep up their foolish marriage practices. When Aegon passed his eldest son took the leadership. Then he passed. He was followed by his brother Maegor.
In 42AC Maegor committed suicide and Jaehaerys took the place as Head of the Family.
Every Generation I would travel to Vaes Dothrak and allow the new Khals to challenge me. Every year they were defeated and my loyalty oath was resworn to me.
In 233 AC Aegon V was made head of house Targaryen. By this point the dragons the Targaryens held were dying out. When they asked me why i told them truthfully. Because they did not respect the creatures anymore. They caged them and made them weak. He promised to try and bring them back to what they were.
It was around this time I went North. My magic told me my family would need a keep there so I went to the mountains north of Winterfell and west of the Long Lake and built Danu Hold. I bound it in the same wards and magic as my other homes.

In 258 AC Aegon the V died in a great fire. He had been trying to do something with dragon eggs and it killed him and his eldest son. His son Aerys the II became the head of the family. Even as he reaffirmed the oath to me my magic rebelled from him. There was a madness lurking under his eyes that i would have to watch. That same year his wife Rhaella gave birth to a son Rhaegar. I informed her when he was of a age I wanted him fostered in my home. I saw something in him. She was overjoyed to hear such. Aerys was not, but wisely held his tongue.
