Maxi tried to crawl away but Midahas grabbed her wrist, yanking her off the bed and Maxi felt her body drop heavily despite him gripping her wrist with an iron tight grip and dragging her forwards.
"N-no, l-let me g-go-"
"Shut up!" He snapped, dragging her forward as she stumbled along, her head feeling heavy and tired but her heart thundering fearfully in her chest. She was in no right shape or form to defend herself when she could barely stand anyway and Rob was far more stronger than her, as he snarled at her. "Slowing me fucking down at every stop and now that animal of a husband is right on my ass, my men are fucking gone-"
"Y-you have n-no one to blame but yourself-" Maxi flinched as he whirled on her, hand raised and Maxi tensed waiting for the blow but nothing. Gritting his teeth, he grabbed her forearm, dragging her forward down the church and to the church doors.
"Keep your mouth shut and maybe you'll make it home once I'm safe but right now, you do as I say otherwise I will send pieces of you to your husband." He hissed in her ear, pushing open the church door and Maxi swept her eyes across the slight crowd as people were busy working. Maxi caught a brief glimpse of Ruth as Rob guided her down the couple of steps, eyes sweeping the crowd. Maxi tried to ignore the tight grip on her forearm-
Men in silver armour and blue cloaks on horses appeared in sight, Ruth approaching them. Maxi felt herself jolt as Rob came to a sudden stop, seeing them as she did and Maxi felt elation and relief immediately. She saw the massive black stallion and the man with the windswept ebony hair and her heart jumped.
"Shit! No-they shouldn't be here yet-ARGH!" Maxi slammed with as much force on his foot as she could, loosening his grip on her from surprise.
"R-RIFTAN!" Maxi yelled as loud as she could with her heavy, dry throat, trying to jump down the stairs but an arm caught around her waist, digging harshly in and hauling her backwards harshly. Maxi shrieked, screaming out, ignoring the snarl as Rob yanked her back harshly, shouting curses. She could just see a flock of men in silver and blue and Riftan sprinting through the crowd, towards her.
"MAXI!" The church doors slammed shut before her eyes, and Rob slammed a piece of wood over the door, keeping it locked before turning back to Maxi dragging her back as Rob panted hysterically, sword quickly drawn as he dragged her down the church, arm drawn tightly over her neck and her legs were too weak to struggle away. Shouts at the door could be heard, and Rob shuddered.

"You bitch! What the hell is wrong with you?" He frantically looked around but Maxi gritted her teeth, gasping as she tried to speak.
"Y-you can't escape, just l-let me g-go-"
BANG
"Shut it! I'll get out of here unless they want me to kill you!" The church doors shuddered as someone banged on them, harsh curses streaming through and Rob hissed frantically, eyes panicking and frenzied as he looked around but there were no other exits. Not here.
Maxi gasped in panic as his arm twitched around her neck, terror sweeping through her but Riftan was here and she had faith. She always did and she glared up at her capturer. "Please l-let me g-go-" Maxi gasped as his grip tightened forcefully over her neck and she groaned.
