Best Laid Plans and Past Life

~Winter's pov~

"Whatever you're doing, do it faster. How we lookin'?" Coulson asked walking in.

"Terrible" Hunter answered. "Zephyr One's been a crash site for going on 80 years, so it's a mess"

"It's gonna be a while till comms are up and running" I added "'Cause I'm pretty sure generations of space rats have lived and died in here"

"Not to ruin the mood, but...avionics are online" Simmons told us.

"Agent Coulson, we are evacuating to the caves for shelter, are we not?" Robot guy asked.

"Zephyr files again, metal man" I told him.

"I am mostly plastic alloy and Chronicoms do not have gender"

"We don't have weeks" Coulson said "We're gonna outrun the storm. Pull the ground anchors, fly past as many roaches as we can and land at the Lighthouse"

"You are confident, despite knowing this will surely end in your deaths" Robot guy told him.

"We're not gonna bury our heads in the sand while our friends are in danger" Daisy replied.

"Well, so much for avionics" Fitz said.

"Rerouting must have overloaded the MPDU" Simmons added.

"Need to try and bypass the subsystems"

"Hey, Plastic, make yourself useful" May told Robot guy. "Secure this in the back"

"Plastics are quite useful, if not often appreciated"

"As the gravitational forces accelerate, our chances of implosion are rapidly increased" Enoch said.

"Tell me your primary function again" May told him.

"To observe and record the evolution of your species" Enoch replied.

"More observing, less sharing" I said.

"Thrusters and artificial gravity are ready!" We'll have about 10 minutes of power to both!" Fitz told us.

"Don't fire the thrusters until we're at the very edge of the atmosphere or we will certainly die!" Simmons added.

"Great!" May replied. "Everybody buckle in! No! The anchors won't release!"

"What?" Hunter asked.

"The anchors are stuck. We can't lift off"

"I'm on it!" I said and got up and walked to the cargo hold "Повернуть, блин" I turned the switch for the anchors, I turned around and was punched in the face and fell to the floor, I looked up and saw the Kree women "Ебать ради" I stood up as the Zephyr started to shake, we started to lift in the air. I managed to punch her in the face.

She went to attack me, but I blocked it until she kneed me in gut. I pushed her backwards. We dropped back to the floor, guessing the gravity was turned on. I stood up and grabbed a fire extinguisher, and hit her in the face with it. I went to hit her again. She blocked it and knocked it out of my hands, and hit me in the face. I kicked her backwards and grabbed some of the wires off the wall.

I wrapped it around her arm as she went to punch me, I wrapped around her neck too, and threw her against the wall, she kneed me in the gut and then pushed me into wall, she went to punch me, I grabbed the bar above me, I grabbed on to it and kicked her in the chest, making her fell backwards, I went to punch her but she pushed me off the loft and launched herself as well.

I stood up, I threw a punch at her but she blocked it, I used my another hand and punched her in the face, and kicked her in the chest pushing her back, I went to punch her again but she kicked me in the leg that had a hole through it, she punched me in the face, flipping me over one of the crate in the cargo hold.

I stood up and went to punch her. She grabbed my arm and pushed me into the crate and started to punch me in the face multiple times, and then punch me in the gut knocking me to the floor. I managed to get to the stairs, i got up two of the steps, Kree lady pulled me back punching me in the face, I kicked her in the face and reached the top of the stairs and then kicked her in the chest.

"I'm not supposed to kill you, but oh, well" She said, grabbing me with a knife in her hand. She went to stab me but instead she got thrown backwards.

"Ok, ok, that is quite the jaw you got there" I heard Hunter say "Consider me impressed" I pulled one of the pipes off the railing, she went to jump up to me and before she could i stabbed her with the pipe.

"Well...that worked" Flint said, and Mack passed him the small piece off monolith.

"You got this, just concentrate" Mack told him.

"You all right?" Hunter asked me.

"Yeah...just my head hurts and i reopened the hole in my leg" I told him, he looked at me in disbelief as Mack walked over to us.

"He's a bright kid, sorry. I killed the guards in front of him" Hunter told Mack.

"Yeah" Mack replied "It's good to see him building something. There's too much death in this place and asking him to blow out that window and he Krees didn't help"

"Oh, that wasn't me. That was the fiancee" Hunter replied, nodding to me.

"Ah, Fiancee?" Mack questioned.

"Hunter, seriously?" I asked.

"What happened?" Simmons asked, looking at the door way, we turned around and May, Coulson walked in carry Daisy.

"He ICE'd her. She didn't want to come" May answered.

"I'm not leaving anyone behind" Coulson added.

"Where's Yoyo? She didn't find you?" Mack asked them.

"She's not with you?" Coulson asked.

"No. she was picking up some survivors, she should be back by now"

"She'll make it back. She's strong" Coulson told him, and Mack grabbed his shotgun ax "Hurry. Who knows when that portal's gonna open" and Mack ran out.

...

"Guys, we got a problem" Deke said through the radio.

"What's wrong?" Coulson asked.

"I'm using Enoch to power the machine, but I'm losing him. You got to launch now"

"What?" Fitz asked, grabbing the radio "No, Deke, it's too early the team isn't back yet. Enoch, Enoch, buddy. Hang on. I know that you've done so much already, but, please, please, just hang on"

"Guys, I'm buying as much time as I can here!"

"The rock's gonna open. Get here now!" May said into the other radio.

"I always knew that working with you guys was gonna blow up in my face! But it's about to get literal! I'm losing him, we're out of time!"
