LUNA'S POV

The music of the wild lulled me into a calm state of mind. The pounding of my paws the beat, the sound of the wind the rhythm, and the calls of the animals all around me the melody. The music of nature. Beautiful.
Now that I had a clear mind, free of fear, I was finally able to ponder who might have seen me reasonably. I couldn't think of who could have seen me, for very few people actually know who I am, and out of those people, there is even less who could have been there to rat me out to the government. It left me very confused, and a little scared knowing there was someone watching me that I didn't know about, that there still could be someone watching me. That thought makes me glance back behind me. Nothing out of the ordinary.
"Your just being paranoid", I tell myself, "no one would be able to keep up with me, not when I'm the fastest animal on the planet!"
That thought makes me smile, and then I put out a burst of speed just to prove my point, even if no one is around to see or hear me. That's what I thought at least.
