Chapter 24 

SPENCER'S POV

I walk out of the cafe with a huge smile on my face. The look on his face was priceless. Serves him right for trying to steal my girl.  

Yes, I made up the reason for her going to Victor, but she really is there right now. He just doesn't need to know the details. I'm glad she didn't see him today, my ability hasn't had enough time alone with her to work 100% yet. When I want someone, they become mine, no matter what.  

I walk to Victor's quarters and sit outside the door waiting for Luna. I would make her mine. She's different, she is the number one prize. I want to win. The only way I can, though, is if I keep her away from this James until I'm sure she is within my grasp. He could be majorly problematic. He is to close to her, and she to him. 

I sit there for another 30 minutes before Luna walks out. She looks around and sees me and walks over. 

"Hey babe", I say. I noticed before she was replying less and less to it. 

She just shakes her head and glares at me this time. I stand up and give her a huge hug, letting out a lot of my ability. It works, I feel her relax and lean into me. She takes a huge breath. Perfect.  

She looks up to me and I lean down to try and make out with her, but she puts her fingers to my lips. She can't be aloud to resist like this. I put out as much of my ability as I dare, I don't want her to know about it. 

Her eyes go blank as I feel her heart speed up against my chest. Her hand drops to her side as she goes totally dazed. I go in for the kill and give her a huge kiss. I start to move my lips and she goes right along with it. But then she pulls back, she shouldn't be able to stop anything I do. Something must be on her mind. 

I look at her eyes and she is blinking really fast, like trying to clear her mind. She looks up at me, still in my arms, and pushes away.  

"We have a problem", she says. 

"How can anything be wrong when we are together?", I ask. 

"I'm serious Spencer, we don't have anytime..... It's the-" 

I silence her with another kiss and giant dose of Spencer. She pushes away though with all her might. Ouch she's strong.... I'll have to punish her for that. 

"I'm serious! They're almost here Spencer!" 

"Wait, who is?" 

She tells me and I feel myself start to panic. Oh shit.
