Tamia in The MM.

"Often—"

"—the first things that come to mind when we think about microbes in the built environment are damage, decay, discolouration and staining to building materials and their surfaces."

"What we don't often consider is their ability to act as 'bioengineers'." Dr. Psych went on explaining as I jotted my notes down for the day, sitting quietly in my class with my camera turned off and my microphone as well.

Today was going pretty well, considering I didn't have to show my face or speak. I could just be present in class without the extra embarrassment from last week's antics.

Though I no longer really cared about it, considering I'm a grown ass woman and I'm allowed to do grown ass things with my grown ass boyfriend. I did feel more comfortable this way and I was glad that I'd be able to do this for the rest of the semester.

"Now, Tuberculosis, also known as (TB)."

"..is a debilitating multi-organ disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis." She went on as my bedroom's door opened and Yasin's tall figure came walking through it.

His tall lanky figure moved around the room quietly as his iced out choker chains hung around his neck. He then made his way over to me and laid right on top of my notebook.

"Babe." I whined to him as he smirked to himself before he got up a bit and moved it from under him.

He then placed it on top of chest and allowed me to take my notes there and I couldn't help but to roll my eyes playfully as I did anyway.

I began writing notes again as Dr. Psych went from slide to slide and Yasin just watched me, looking deeply into my eyes the entire time.

As he did, he wasted no time leaning in to kiss my lips and I pecked his in return before going back into my zone.

He was being so cute right now but I was still mad at him about yesterday, considering he'd went through my phone again, blocking numbers from my friends and his family.

I can't lie and say that I wasn't happy that he was home though and being fully attentive as I'd needed for him to be.

He'd been home for three days straight now, sleeping beside me every night and waking up beside me every morning. He was doing a lot of things right, right about now.

He'd even gotten my name tattooed on his face.

Which was still absolutely insane to me but I was feeling loved in this moment.

I was falling deeply in love with him all over again.

It's just, his controlling ways didn't go unnoticed.

He was doing good with every thing else at the moment but the one thing that was extremely important to me overall.

He'd continued to shut everyone out of my life as if he owned me.

As if I didn't deserve a life outside of this.

And as long as that kept happening, I would never be truly happy with him.

I couldn't be.

He stayed silent as he licked his lips watching me as I wrote on his chest, jotting key words down into my notebook.

"What's that, baby?" He ended up speaking quietly as he pointed to my laptop's screen once Dr. Psych put a slide of a microorganism up there.

"It's a microorganism, babe." I said to him, focusing on the screen now as he did the same for a while, attending class with me.

We laid there together, listening to my teacher talk and  after about ten minutes went by, Sin was falling asleep.

I couldn't help but to laugh as he laid there with his mouth slightly opened and I shook my head at him. I let him stay like that though as I simply continued to write my notes on top of his chest.

It felt as if only ten minutes had passed but before I knew it, my one hour class was over and Dr. Psych was closing out for the day.

I wasted no time, closing my notebook and listening to her last statements before I shut my laptop down completely.

I watched as Sin continued to lay there asleep as I smiled softly, looking down at him.

"Get on my damn nerves." I mumbled to myself, wanting to smack him in the face since he was in such a vulnerable state right now.

He was lucky I loved him though because I would never.

I sighed deeply to myself as I put my notebook over on the nightstand and wasted no time, cuddling into him. I was just happy to have him here with me so I was taking advantage of that in this moment.

I never need a lot of attention, I just needed his presence.

As I cuddled in next to him, he slightly adjusted himself, turning himself toward me before he wrapped his arm around me tightly.

"You good, ma?" His deep voice spoke groggily and I simply nodded, happy to be in his arms.

"Yeah, I'm okay." I told him and he said nothing else before his light snores began to fill the room again.

I laid there a while as well, before sleep began to take over me too. My eyelids became heavy as I laid there, fighting sleep for whatever reason before I finally stopped and allowed myself to drift.

It didn't last long though as my phone began ringing loudly and I quickly shot up from the bed as Sin continued to lay there asleep.

My ringtone continued to go off as I slowly got out of the bed and looked all over for my phone. I knitted my eyebrows, hearing it still but not knowing where it was before I walked back over to the bed, hearing that it was close.

"The hell?" I said to myself, flipping the sheets back, still not seeing it anywhere.

I then looked over to Sin who was still fast asleep and down at his pants pocket that was lighting up completely.

"No, the fuck he didn't." I said to me, instantly realizing that he'd had my phone in his pocket.
