Tamia Ford
Moments later

💔:
Come outside

I couldn't help but to stand there in both nervousness and excitement since this was unexpected but I texted back almost immediately.

Me:
You're here?

Was all I said, trying to buy myself some time as I thought long and hard about what I wanted to do.

He still hadn't righted his wrongs and he still hadn't did what I'd asked of him, which was to express himself and give me the love that I needed.

But I was hopeful that this was what he'd wanted to do now and he just wanted to do it in person.

💔:
Yeah, I'm outside

💔:
I want to talk to you, ma

💔:
I need to see you

I stood there reading his messages as they came back to back now and I was still contemplating because I did not want anything to go wrong. I did not want him to lure me in and then still be his same old self.

I had hope for him but if I gave him this chance, it would be his last and if he ruined it by still being his old, prideful self, then I was done completely.

There was no coming back after this.

"I don't know." I mumbled to myself before I looked at myself in the mirror before I put my phone down and pushed my blown out hair into a ponytail.

The only straighten piece in the back I'd gotten to do, slightly hung out at I did, but I didn't even care in this moment.

I still looked good either way.

I grabbed my phone from my dresser again as I wrapped my silk robe around me a bit tighter. Before I could even send him a message back, my phone vibrated again as I could hear Yasin's loud car music playing through the windows.

💔:
Please

The message read as I made my way over to my bedroom window, looking through the blinds now as I saw that he was driving his favorite car and blasting Future as usual.

I couldn't help but to playfully roll my eyes as I then put on my pink slippers that had matched my room and made my way out my room and toward the front door.

As I did, I prayed for the best before I grabbed my house keys and left out of the front door. As soon as I did, the summer night air hit my bare body, making my robe slightly rise as I quickly pushed it down.

I then made my way into the street to his luxury Rolls Royce car that sat in the middle of it and I couldn't help but to shake my head at him.

I wasted no time getting to it and when I did, the door automatically opened for me as I smiled small, seeing his face appear from behind the tinted glass.

"Hi, Yasin." I spoke softly to him as I got into his car, allowing him to close it automatically while I sat there in my robe now.

"What's gon' on, ma?" His deep voice spoke, unable to contain the smile on his face, blushing now with his light skin and I couldn't help to laugh.

"How my son?"

"We're fine."

"How are you?" I asked him, excited to be in his presence again since it felt like forever without him and I watched as he took a pull from his blunt before blowing smoke from his nose.

"I'm aight."

"Better now." He clarified and I looked at him a while as he continued smoking his blunt. He did that for a few minutes longer before he finally put it out for me and shifted his focus completely to me.
