Jannat had been watching everything silently, but deep inside, something twisted in her heart. Ever since childhood, she had never been able to tolerate Siddharth prioritizing someone else over her. Whether it was his daughter or his wife—she always wanted to be his first priority.

Unable to control herself any longer, she suddenly lunged forward and wrapped her arms around Siddharth in an almost bone-crushing hug.

Siddharth was stunned. After a brief moment, he was about to hug her back but stopped himself. Instead, he tried to break the hug gently. However, her grip was too tight. Seeing no other option, he pushed her away forcefully.

Jannat was shocked by the sudden jerk. Sitting on the edge of the bed, she almost lost her balance but managed to steady herself. She looked at Siddharth with disbelief.

Abhishek: "Ashu! Be careful. She was about to fall."

Siddharth: "I don't care, Dada."

Abhishek: "Ashu, she is our sister!"

Siddharth's expression hardened. "Dada, isn't she the same person who refused to call me her brother?"

Every word he spoke was laced with bitterness. Jannat realized the weight of her past words. Deep down, she regretted them—but she wasn't ready to admit it.

Abhishek was about to say something when Faisu gently placed a hand on his shoulder and whispered, "Bhaiya, this isn't the right time."

Abhishek sighed and reluctantly left the room. Vaishnavi followed, carrying Khushi in her arms.

Jannat remained still, staring at Siddharth. The pure hatred in his eyes stung her. She felt guilty, but as memories of Siddharth's actions resurfaced, her guilt morphed into anger.

Jannat: "I hate you, Mr. Nigam. I hate you."

With that, she stormed out of the room.

After she left, Faisu stepped closer to Siddharth and hugged him tightly.

Faisu: "Are you okay, buddy?"

Siddharth: "I'm fine."

Faisu pulled away and nodded. "Alright then, take some rest. I'll visit you soon."

Siddharth: "Hmm... please take care of her."

A hint of concern slipped into his voice, making Faisu smile.

Faisu: "As you say!" he said with a playful bow, making Siddharth chuckle.

Before leaving, Faisu hesitated and asked, "Buddy, should I tell her everything?"

Siddharth shook his head. "No, not now. If you tell her everything now, she'll distance herself from you... and she'll be alone again. I don't want that."

Faisu: "Okay, buddy. I understand. Take care."

Faisu gave him a reassuring smile before leaving.

Just then, Siddharth noticed Avneet standing in the corner, silently watching everything unfolds.

Siddharth (softly): "Avneet..."

Hearing her name, Avneet rushed toward him and hugged him tightly, sobbing.

Siddharth (caressing her hair): "Shh... stop crying, bacha."

He gently broke the hug, cupped her face, and whispered, "I'm totally fine, bacha."

Avneet (sniffling): "Why did you go out in this weather? What if something worse had happened to you?"

Siddharth (softly): "I'm sorry."

He placed a gentle kiss on her forehead and pulled her into another comforting hug.

Scene: Living Room

Jannat waited impatiently for Faisu. As soon as he entered, she spoke firmly.

Jannat: "I think we should leave, Faisu."

Before Faisu could respond, Abhishek stepped forward.

Abhishek (softly): "Akshu, can't you stay with us?"

Jannat: "I'm sorry, Mr. Nigam, but with what relation should I stay here?"

Abhishek (hurt): "You are my sister, Akshu!"

Jannat let out a sad chuckle. "Your sister died years ago when you chose to support your traitor brother instead of me."

Abhishek: "There's nothing—"

Jannat didn't let him finish. "Let's go, Faisu."

She grabbed Faisu's hand and walked out of the house.

Meanwhile, Vaishnavi entered the living room after putting Khushi to sleep. Seeing Abhishek standing frozen, staring at the disappearing figures of Jannat and Faisu, she placed a comforting hand on his shoulder.

Abhishek slowly turned to her, his eyes brimming with unshed tears.

Vaishnavi: "Abhishek, who was she?"

Before he could answer, a knock at the door interrupted them. They turned to see the doctor standing outside. Without another word, Abhishek led him toward Siddharth's room.

Scene: Sheikh Mansion

As soon as they reached the mansion, Jannat ran to her room in a fury. Faisu followed closely behind.

When he entered, he found her throwing objects in frustration. Concerned, he rushed to her and pulled her into a tight embrace, trying to calm her down.

Jannat broke down in his arms, sobbing violently.

Jannat: "Why, Faisu? Why doesn't he ever understand me?"

After a while, she composed herself, wiped her tears harshly, and let out a deep breath.

Jannat: "You know what, Faisu? It was all my fault. I should have controlled my emotions."

Faisu immediately hugged her again, even tighter this time.

In his mind, "Jannat, you're misunderstanding him. He has waited for years, hoping that one day you would return. How could he push you away now? Please, God, sort things out between them. I can't watch them suffer any longer."

After a few minutes, Jannat calmed down and broke the hug. Faisu guided her to the sofa and handed her a glass of water. As she drank, something clicked in her mind.

Jannat: "Faisu, how do you know them?"

Faisu stiffened.

Faisu (nervously): "Who are you talking about?"

Jannat: "The Nigam family."
