Scene: Sheikh Mansion – Faisu's POV

Now what should I tell her? Buddy said my real identity must not come out in front of Jannat... not until he gives the word. But she's staring straight into my soul. I need to say something—anything.

Jannat (shaking his shoulder): "Where are you lost?"

Faisu: "Nowhere..."

Jannat (frowning): "Then reply to my question."

Faisu: "Which question?"

Jannat: "Arre, I asked you how do you know my family?"

Faisu: "Ohhh..."

Jannat: "What ohhh? Just answer."

Faisu (nervously stammering): "Woh... actually... actually..."

Jannat: "Faisu!"

(Suddenly, an idea strikes him. He grabs onto it like a lifeline.)

Faisu: "Woh Jaan... when I was in 2nd year, my college arranged a company visit. We went to Nigam Collections. That's where I first met your brothers."

Jannat: "Okay..." (Still not fully convinced.)

Faisu (quickly continuing): "Also, Siddharth used to visit the orphanage where I grew up. He'd come to meet the kids. That's how I know them."

Jannat (suspiciously): "Hmm."

Faisu (forcing a smile): "I think it's getting late. Let's sleep."

Jannat just nodded and walked to her room.

Scene: Nigam Mansion

The doctor emerged from Siddharth's room.

Abhishek: "Doctor, is there anything serious?"

Doctor: "No, nothing serious. I've cleaned and dressed the wound. I gave him a sedative—he'll wake up by morning. He just needs two days of complete rest."

Avneet: "Okay, Doctor. Thank you."

Doctor: "I'll take your leave now."

Abhishek: "Let me see you out."

Abhishek escorted the doctor outside. Meanwhile, Avneet quietly entered Siddharth's room.

Scene: Siddharth's Room

Siddharth lay peacefully asleep. Avneet sat beside him, brushing her fingers softly through his hair.

Avneet (softly): "Siddharth... who was that Jannat? Why did you call her Akshu? What relationship do you have with her? Why does she hate you so much?"

She gazed at him, lost in a sea of questions.

I can't sleep until I get answers. And only one person might know the full truth—Abhishek dada.

She kissed Siddharth's forehead gently and left the room to find Abhishek.

Scene: Living Room

Abhishek returned from outside. Vaishnavi approached him.

Vaishnavi: "What did the doctor say?"

Abhishek: "He said nothing serious. Just rest for two days."
