Everyone stood in silence outside Sid and Avneet's room, their faces tense, minds clouded with worry. Amidst the quiet panic, Faisu grabbed Jan's arm and pulled her aside into a corner, unnoticed by the rest of the family.

"What the hell, Faisu? What are you doing?" Jan hissed, jerking her hand away.

"Leave about me," Faisu snapped, his eyes blazing. "Tell me what you have done."

Jan stared at him, feigning innocence. "What have I done?"

"Don't act like you don't know," Faisu growled.

"But I seriously don't—"

"Last night. After our fight... you met buddy, didn't you?"

Jan froze. She turned her face away, saying nothing.

Faisu's voice dropped to a dangerous edge. "And you vented all your anger on him. By holding his throat."

Jan's head jerked toward him in shock.

"You... you were there?"

"No," he replied coldly. "But the marks on his neck—your nails—told me everything."

Jan was speechless, her breath caught in her throat.

"Jan," Faisu warned, his voice sharp and low, "I'm telling you for the last time—stop this revenge. Everyone has a limit to what they can tolerate, and I'm telling you clearly—buddy's limit is over. If you don't back off... the consequences won't just be bad. They'll be worse than you can imagine."

He walked away towards everyone, leaving Jan drowning in a storm of confusion and guilt.

Meanwhile, outside Sid's room, the doctor stepped out.

"He's fine now," the doctor said.

"What happened to him?" Vaish asked with concern.

"Stress. Excessive emotional stress. He fainted. I've prescribed some medicine. Please, don't let him take any more mental strain for a few days."

Abhi nodded and escorted the doctor to the door. Vaish hurried inside to check on her brother along with Avneet. Outside the room, Faisu stood still, his gaze burning into Jan as if his eyes alone could convey everything he wanted to scream.

He whispered bitterly, "Jan, I'll pray that no one ever gets a sister like you."

"Faisu—" she started, but Abhi interrupted.

"What happened?" Abhi asked, approaching with confusion in his voice. "Why are you saying this to her?"

Faisu looked at Jan. He was tempted to blurt everything, but he couldn't—Sid hadn't given him that permission. He bit down his fury, trying to stay calm.

Jan jumped in. "Nothing, dada. He's just talking nonsense. Actually, this Ashu—"

Faisu's expression shifted immediately. "Don't. Don't call him that."

Jan turned to him, stunned. Abhi's brow furrowed deeper.

"Only someone who loves him can call him Ashu," Faisu said flatly.

"Faisu—" Jan tried again.

"What's going on?" Abhishek asked again.

Jan attempted to brush it off. "Nothing, dada. He's just stressed and saying random things."

"But why did he stop you from calling Sid Ashu?" Abhi asked.

"Because," Faisu replied, eyes not leaving Jan, "she has no right to call him that."
