( Hope wakes Up and finds herself lying on a bed she sits and feels pain in her head and then remembers everything)
Hope : Wait how did I end up here ? Marie ? Marie ? Ben ? Anyone ..... ( touches the bed's blankets and pillows and realises ) , this bed it's not mine neither Marie's , Where am I ? ( Gets out of bed and stands in the middle of the room confused ) The last thing I remember was Daniel hitting me ..... Did he kidnap me ? ( says in fear )
( Hope smells the faint smell of cigarettes and then some one suddenly covers her eyes from behind her )
Hope : Who , who are you? ( touches the hands on her eyes and feels long and veiny hands of a boy )
( Hope stands still in confusion and terror when she smells a familiar scent )
Hope : This , this scent .... it can't be .... Adam !?
Adam : ( Takes his hands off Hope's eyes and puts them in the air and smiles ) Ahh you got me !
Hope : ( turns towards Adam ) is it really you Adam ?
Adam : ( puts his hands in his pockets ) Yes
Hope : But how ? I mean how did you find me and where were you all this time and how did I get here and _ ( gets interrupted)
Adam : ( puts his finger on Hope's lips ) enough with the questions come on let's eat something first ( grabs her hand and takes her to the living room and sits on the couch with her ) here I made some sandwiches
Hope : ( confused ) th .. thanks , what happened to Daniel ?
Adam : ( whispers angrily) I broke his bones what else
Hope : What ?
Adam : Nothing , how is the sandwich?
Hope : It's good but Adam you... you didn't say goodbye last time and I thought you would never come back but you suddenly came out of no where..... ( puts her hair behind her ear) you , will you go away again ?
Adam : ( puts his head on the back of the couch and looks towards Hope ) Don't worry I won't go away now. I will stay with you and fulfill my promise
Hope : Adam are you okay ?
Adam : ( laughs) maybe
Hope : Adam I uh I.... forgave you a long time ago because it wasn't your fault you suffered just like me . In the end you were just a child . I couldn't accept the truth at first but because of this truth I lost my parents and I didn't want to loose you too ( looks down)
Adam : ( stares at Hope and then looks at the ceiling and slightly smiles ) Hope , you don't even know how your words made me feel right now. Everything feels light again . To be honest I was scared to face you but still I couldn't stop myself from coming back
Hope : I don't blame you for my parents death so don't be depressed over it Adam I want to see you happy ( smiles sadly at Adam )
Adam : You need to learn not to forgive some times ( says seriously)
Hope : ( tries to change the subject ) Adam your voice has changed a lot it's a lot deeper now , if it wasn't for your scent . I would not have recognised you
Adam : Hmm , my scent ? ( smirks ) Well do I smell good ?
Hope : ( Blushes and says honestly ) you do
Adam : let's go. I'll take you to your home
Hope : Why do I feel like you are in a hurry ? Do not like me being at your house ? ( confused)
Adam : ( sighs ) Hope , that's not the reason. I am a man and I can't promise self control , I don't wanna do anything that will make you hate me so it's better that I send you home ( smiles )
Hope : ( gets nervous and quickly stands ) Oh I , I am so sorry let's go
( Adam and Hope sit in the car and Adam starts driving )
Hope : Adam is this your car ?
Adam : Yes , tell me the location Hope
( Hope tells the location and after some time when they reach Hope's apartment , Adam parks the car )
Hope : Oh you might not know that Ben and Marie are a couple now ( excited )
Adam : Really? Wow who would've thought those two could end up together
Hope : I know but they are so cute when they are together
Adam : Do you have someone in your life too ?
Hope : ( gets amazed and blushes ) N.. no I dont . I am too busy for relationships anyways
Adam : Are you sure that's the reason or ...( gets close to Hope and whispers in her ear ) have I stolen your heart ? Hope : ( becomes red and quickly gets out of the car )
Adam : Why did she turn into a tomato ( smiles and gets out of the car )
( Suddenly Marie sees Hope from their apartment's window and rushes down to her )
Marie : Hope ! Where were you ? I was so worried !
Hope : I am fine . I'll tell you everything later
Marie : ( looks at Adam ) Who's that ?
Hope : Has he changed that much ?
Marie : Who ? What do you mean ?
Adam : ( Shakes Marie's hand ) How have you been Marie ?
Marie : Fine but who the hell are you ?
Adam : Your old friend Adam
Marie : ( Slaps Adam's hand ) What !? Adam ! Where did you come from and where have you been and did you kidnap Hope as soon as you came back
( Suddenly Ben comes )
Ben : Hope ! thank God you are back , we were so worried ( looks at Adam and then at Marie )
Marie why are you so angry is this man teasing you guys ?
Marie : Yes he is ( rolls her eyes )
Adam : ( laughs ) I see you guys are as wild as always
Ben : What ?
Hope : Ben ! It's Adam
Ben : ADAM !? What ? ( Takes a deep breath ) Marie , Hope you two must be tired go inside , I am gonna talk with Adam here
Marie : Talk ? No this man here needs some beating for all that he did
Ben : Yes he does but right now Hope must be tired . Beat him up tomorrow
Adam : Wait am I a punching bag ?
( Ben wraps his arms around Adam and takes him away )
Marie : ( with a smile of relief ) lets go in Hope !
