ROBOTNIK POV:

FLASHBACK:

"That darn hedgehog!.." I said to myself. "He's always getting in the way of my plans. As much as I tell this pathetic world that he's here and well, they don't believe me at all! Such fools if you ask me." I rolled my eyes.

"Cmon, this quill has to bring some kind of energy! This is literally my 10th attempt! I can use his speed against him, I know it's possible."

I connected the two wires once again, and then it starts to create a bash of lightening all around the lab.

"Oh well that's new." I answered. I looked out in front of me to see a portal opening.

"Oh now what the?!" I yelled as I grabbed a useful gun, preparing to what I'm about to face.

I then see a figure appearing from the portal.

"Greetings.."

SONIC POV:

NOW:

Before I got the chance to get up, I get pinned onto the ground.

I look up at the face looking down at me, a red figure with.. dreaming purple eyes. 

This guy is from the government? it can't be! He also looks like a space-alien creature like how they describe Tails and I.

This mysterious figure needs to get off of me. The more I look at him, the more I realize how beautiful he is but his grasp on me is to tight to pull away from.

"Who are you?"

He doesn't answer. The red figure keeps glaring at me without saying anything at all. To be honest, it's kind of frightening me.

KNUCKLES POV:

FLASHBACK:

"Greetings.."

"Now what are you supposed to be?!" The human in front of me asked.

"I'm Knuckles. Knuckles the echidna."

"And what are you doing here?"

"You opened a portal to my home, and I strive to protect it." I stated.

"I don't plan on doing anything to your home!.." He said. "Unless.." he put a hand on his chin.

"Unless?" I asked.

"You help me destroy someone. If you do that, you're home free." He said. "Besides, I don't think you're going anywhere... the portal is closed."

I quickly looked behind me to see that he's correct. I can't return home unless I help him destroy this someone he speaks of.

"Now tell me echidna, what can you do?"

"I have super strength, and something strange that I don't really tell anyone." I said as I crossed my arms.

"Well, we're going to be spending some time together echidna, so you might as well tell me." He said, placing his hands on his hips as if he were impatient.

I took a deep breath.

"As soon as someone looks into my eyes, with my command, they do what I tell them to do. "
