I was walking past the school gates when I heard my name get called, turning to look I see the boys. Smiling softly I nod my head at them and wait until they catch up to me. They walk along side me, causing me to just stare ahead of me. I'd usually look around at the scenery, being a witch I'm naturally attuned to the earth and elements. I'm specifically part death witch, just like my grandmother. My mother is a earth witch like my grandfather. So I inherited some of her rituals which connects me to nature despite the type of witch I am. That's when I decided to play with them a bit and hint at what I know.

"Can I ask you lot a question?" I ask. They all look to you, your soft voice ringing in the crisp evening air. I smile when I see them nod their heads. This will be fun, so I make my voice sound as innocently questionable as possible.

"Do you believe in the supernatural? I mean demons, faeries, vampires, witches?" I ask. I see them tense up slightly, it taking everything in me not to laugh my ass off. I see the scrutinizing gaze HongJoong gives me from the side, taking everything in me to keep a blank face. They respond a moment later.

"No, why would I?" Yeosang says.

"I mean, anything could be possible?" Wooyoung mumbled, faking his questioning tone. The rest agreed with them, nodding along to their responses. You internally groan at the way they answered. But that doesn't deter you.

"Really? I believe in the paranormal. There's no way only humans can live here. I mean, so many cultures report seeing similar creatures just with occasional differences and assuming them to occasionally mean different things. I mean, demons for example depend on the culture for what it means to be one." You shrug, the boys looking between each other. They're clearly on edge and cautious right now. They don't think you know anything though, so you decide to be the little devious witch you were when you were younger. The boys didn't even realize they walked you home until you abruptly stopped in front of a pale blue, almost gray, house with black accents on the window shutters.

"We, we don't believe in things like that." You finally hear San answer, surprisingly. You only smile and laugh in response, walking forward to your gate you turn back at them before winking.

"Shame you don't believe in your own kind, ain't it? Seems kinda- counter intuitive?" You say. Their mouths drop as you turn and walk away, you open your front door and turn back for a split second to wave before walking inside. After you lock the door you head upstairs to your room, changing out of your school clothes, aside from your ripped leggings and knee high socks, you throw on a giant oversized sweater and some shorts.

Going back downstairs you tie your hair up into a ponytail before getting started on making something for when your parents get home. Once you've finished making them some kimchi fried rice you grab a water bottle out the fridge. Technically you only make food for your mom, as you don't like eating often because of your sensitivity to foods as a half vampire. You also don't like drinking blood often. Rarely have you drank blood, and you say it proudly. However, your father likes to get a small amount of food to sit at the table with her while she eats. Even if they aren't eating together, it still makes your mom happy. Sighing, you head upstairs to do some homework you got from classes.

You heard your parents come home, trying to keep calm and just focus on your homework at your desk. You hear the door close again half an hour later, you also finished your homework. You figured they likely left for another business trip or something and didn't tell you- per usual. So you get up and go downstairs. You walk into the kitchen to see a note on the counter, confirming your parents would be gone for another few weeks for work. You sighed as you put on some shoes and walked out the front door.
