Chapter Forty-Four

A couple days later, it was nighttime and you were sneaking out. Taehyun wanted to hang out and of course his mission was to 'help you get railed again.' You of course agreed purely because you wanted to go outside and connect with nature again.

So here you were, in black sweatpants and a dark gray crop top long sleeves tip toeing down the steps with Shadow and Sage on your heels. You had Shadows leash in your hand and your shoes in the other. Once you got to the ground floor you made a beeline to the front door, quietly unlocking it.

As soon as you were outside you smiled widely as you began walking to the park that started everything. Once you got there you smiled widely as you saw not only Taehyun but the others as well. You ran over to them, jumping on Beomgyu's back. He made an "oomph" sound as his hands wrapped around your legs.

"Hiya my lovely best friends. You're trying to get me killed." You say with a massive grin. You get down and see shadow had run over to Taehyun, wagging his tail excitedly while Soobin was holding Sage.

"You didn't have to come, technically you're getting yourself killed." Kai points out. You stick your tongue out at him and roll your eyes.

"Actually Tae said he'd come get me out of bed and drag my ass here since he has a key to the house." You retort. You looked around and noticed you all were alone in the park. You smiled as you took a deep breath. You loved being in nature and always will.

"Hey Nari, what kind of witch are you?" Yeonjun suddenly asks. You opened your eyes and look over at the boys as you begin walking back towards the lake.

"I'm a death witch like my grandmother, but my grandfather and mom are both green witches. So although I am stronger in my field as a death witch I was passed down rituals of green witches." You explain. You smiled as you watched Shadow run around, Sage following close behind. It was nice to see Shadow running around and playing.

"Oh, so you work with spirits a lot then. Your work would also tie into demons and vampires." Soobin says. You nod softly and grin at Taehyun and Beomgyu.

"I brake rules and work with two Faeries though. I even tapped into green witch magic as well as death witch magic to place protection spells on them. I'm willing to do the same with you two. Although Taegu had no option since I'm dating his brother." You playfully say, acting burdened. Taehyun fake gasps and shoved you slightly. You burst out laughing and shove him back.

As you were getting closer to the lake you had an idea. Green witch and hedge witch magic was very similar. So you took a deep breath as you focused on the water, an electric green glow surrounding the ball of water as you threw it at Yeonjuns head. He turned to glare at you and you smiled widely before you took off running. He chased you, your laughter filling the night air when he caught you. He wrapped his arms around your waist and carried you to the lake where he dumped you into it.

When you swam up you saw the others laughing but that didn't keep your attention when you noticed eight figures walking into the park. You quickly climbed out, doing a spell in your head that had the water coming off your clothes and back in the lake. You quickly whistle for Sage and Shadow who come running at you full force. You quickly moved to hide behind Taehyun and the rest looked at you confused. You nodded towards the other direction and they froze when they saw your boyfriends.

"Min Nari what the fuck are you doing outside? And Taehyun. You shouldn't of let her come out this late at night." Yeosang scolds. You shrink into yourself slightly and watch as Beomgyu struggles to keep his amusement off his face. You glare at him and he shrugs.

"Yeo Hyung, you know I wouldn't let anything happen to my future little sister in law. Calm down. And if she didn't willingly come out I would've came and dragged her out. Don't get mad at her." Taehyun says. You slap his arm and glare up at him for taking the full blame.
