The next morning when you woke up, images of the night before flashed through your mind. You instantly blushed and turned over, shoving your face in your pillow as you kicked your legs and screamed.

That was completely unlike you but the rush of emotions caused a surge of being overwhelmed and it was the only way to expel it immediately. Sighing you slowly get up, the pain in the small of your back and hips far from unnoticed.

Wobbling to your closet you grabbed a black and white plaid skirt, white long sleeve turtleneck, and an oversized plain black shirt before getting undergarments and going take a shower. Turning on the water to hot you started to undress while the shower warmed up.

Looking into the mirror your eyes widened as you gasp, pressing softly against your neck. The dark purple and red splotches all over giving you butterflies as memories flashed before your eyes. You take a deep breath and continue your morning routine. Brushing your teeth before getting in the shower.

Once you finished and got dressed you did your makeup before going and putting your shoes on. Grabbing your bag after stuffing any last minute things you needed in it, you ran downstairs and out the door. However that was a bad idea when you saw the boys down the street, laughing and talking as they headed towards your house.

Unable to face them yet, you took off running down the street towards school. You heard one of them call your name but you just ran faster. However once you arrived at the school gates you stood trying to catch your breath.

Once you could breathe normally you quickly made your way to class after getting your things put in your locker and grabbing what you needed out. You made it to class before everyone else and just sat in your seat with your head resting on your arms. You were waiting peacefully until moments later you heard someone walking closer.

Sitting up you made eye contact with Jinseong. He looked pissed and your heartbeat sped up immediately. He slammed his hands on your desk and leaned in, his face inches from yours as you leaned back in your seat.

"Now listen here you whore, stay the fuck away from Ateez. I know what you and Mingi did in the park last night. I saw you. Unless you'd like the whole school to know you're even more of a whore, back the fuck off." He spit out before turning and walking out the room. You sat there frozen with wide eyes. Your hands were trembling and it felt like ice consumed your body, your head going dizzy as you started to feel sick. You couldn't breathe properly, your chest feeling restricted as your lungs refused to fill with air.

Grabbing your things you ran out the room, running down to the nurses office to get a pass for being sick.

Ignoring the boys was really hard. You felt so shitty. They were your safety net and the only people aside from your grandmother that you actually felt warmth and love from. They helped you so much you didn't even realize it half the time.

So after a week of ignoring them, you decided you'd just ignore Jinseong warning. The hickeys had faded for the most part. It's weird knowing your body doesn't heal hickeys in a couple hours and they stay. You'd been wearing hoodies and turtle necks all week.

So when your hood was suddenly grabbed as you walked down the hall that morning, you stumbled back and looked up. Meeting Mingi's eyes and cold face before you were pulled into the empty classroom beside you. You saw the other boys follow behind and started fidgeting with your fingers and hoodie sleeves.

"I- uh- hi?" You murmured when the door was shut.

"What the actual fuck, Nira?" Wooyoung said once Mingi forced you to sit down in one of the desk chairs. You simply looked down and squirmed in your seat.

"Why the fuck have you been avoiding us? What did we do?" You hear HongJoong say. You can barely focus on anyone but Mingi, although you tried to hide that. Mingi however noticed this and bent down in front of you. Making eye contact he gave you a soft smile, his thumbs gently rubbing the sides of your thighs.

"I'm sorry." You mumbled. He nodded at you, you could feel the other's confusion about why this was happening. But you still only focused on Mingi. He sighed as he grabbed your hands to stop your picking at your fingers.

"Little one? It's okay. Why did you start to ignore us?" He softly said. Tears filled your eyes when you remembered the warning you were given. You didn't wanna tell them anything about it. So you did what you did best.

"Can't tell you." Whispering a refusal to speak about what you're going through. Sighing and dropping his head for a second Mingi looked back up to you, making direct eye contact again.

"Why not? Is it about the park? They already know. I told them since I couldn't exactly hide it." Mingi smiled softly. Your face flushed as you desperately shook your head. Then you nodded since technically it was about the night in the park. It just wasn't something you wanted to admit to them.

"As embarrassing as it is knowing that the others know that, it's not why I avoided you. I just...can we please forget it? I was gonna come talk to you guys today during lunch anyways." You quietly pleaded. Nodding, Mingi slowly stood up, pulling you up with him before smirking. You furrowed your eyebrows in response until he brushed his thumb against your neck. You immediately put your head down and speed walked out of the room, running down the hall to your locker.

You put your things away and went to walk back down the hall when you were shoved against your locker you yelped at the pain and rubbed at your head from it smacking against the locker. Looking up you saw Jinseong and panicked because any moment you knew the boys would come down the hall.

"I told you to stay the fuck away from them or I'd tell everyone what happened in the park. I warned you." Jinseong said before grabbing your arms, pulling your towards him, and shoving you into the locker again before walking off. You slid to the ground and took a few deep breaths to calm yourself to avoid crying from fear and the pain spreading across your back.

You heard running and seconds later the scent of Lavender invading your senses, mingling with mint seconds later. You looked up, startled as you flinch into the locker causing a cry to tear from your throat. Immediately Vanilla wafted into your nose as Seonghwa gently moved San and Wooyoung away from you.

"Nari! What's wrong Hun?" Seonghwa softly says. You whimpered as you clawed at the sleeves of his skirt, resting your head on his shoulder as you moved away from the locker some.

"Back, it hurts so bad Hwa." You whispered. He nodded and moved behind you, lifting your hoodie to see the bruises forming along it. His eyes widened as he looked up at the rest of the boys. Simply holding you, Seonghwa shushed you as you cried over the pain and how overwhelmed you were.

All you could focus on despite the comfort he gave you during your breakdown, was the way your stomach tingled with butterflies.
