Chapter Thirty-Eight

  It had been a couple days since you got shadow. You woke up to your phone buzzing, groaning as you slowly sat up and grabbed it. You saw a couple texts and sighed as you opened them. However you perked up when you realized who they're from, smiling immediately.

Tae🤍:
Hey! There's a fair in town
Wanna go with me and
some friends?

                                                                             Nari:
                                                          Yes! Definitely.
                                                          What time?

Tae🤍:
Be there in an hour💕

        You quickly put your phone down, jumping up and going to take a shower. Once you finished your shower you got out and started on your makeup. You put on foundation, blush, and highlighter before starting on your eyes. After you finished your winged liner, a bold waterline, and mascara you tied your hair up into a ponytail before going back to your room. You smiled at Shadow who was waiting by your bedroom door.

     Once you were dressed in a pair of high waisted shorts and a sweater you put on your sneakers and grabbed your phone. You smiled as Shadow ran right at your heels, his tail wagging as Sage chase you two. You picked Sage up before you all went downstairs where you saw Yeosang walking out the living room. You waved at him as you moved towards the door.

    "Whoa where are you going?" He asked as he stopped you. His hands on your hips. You smiled up at him and gently put Sage on Shadows head who happily went and laid in front of the couch with him. You wrapped your arms around his neck and pulled him closer so your bodies were pressed against each other. Yeosang knew what you wanted and immediately connected his lips with yours. Your eyes fluttered shut as you melted into him, his lips moving slowly against yours. Eventually you pulled away, pecking his lips a couple times.

     "I'm gonna go out with a friend and some of their friends. Let the others know? And please make sure shadow gets to go outside?" You ask. Yeosang nods and opens his mouth to speak when you hear a honk from outside. You kiss his cheek before throwing a flying kiss to your beloved animals.

    Running outside you open the passenger door to Taehyun's car and immediately buckle up. You smile at him as he starts the car again and pulls off. He smiles back as he focuses on the road until you're out of the neighborhood.

   "So, who're your friends?" You question. Taehyun peaks over at you as he takes a turn.

    "Oh, it's the only best friends I have. Aside from you I only have four other friends and I wanted you to meet them. So we're meeting them at the fair. Their names are Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, and Kai." Taehyun explains. You nod in response and get excited when you see the fair in view. You were excited to meet more friends, you'd never really had any aside from HongJoong and Seonghwa when you were little and then the others when you moved back.

     "Alright, they're already here and waiting at the entrance for us." Taehyun explains. You nod and unbuckled as you got out the car. You followed Taehyun through the crowd of people and watched as he searched for his friends. He smiled widely and gently gripped your wrist, pulling you to four boys off to the side.
