later that night: the group rode there horse's only stopping when they found a trail that could lead them to sonic but was not so lucky as it was already cold and couldn't trust it but shadow was riding along and then notice at the corner of his eye was a stray horse in the distance.
thinking that it could be sugar shadow bolted to the stray horse with knuckles yelling for him to get back in the group but saw the horse to changing his mind quickly and told the group to follow shadow and they all change course.
as shadow got closer he saw that it was indeed sugar and ran closer to her and with sugar seeing who it was immediately turn back from were she came from and bolted off making shadow think that she was showing him where they got sonic.
sugar soon slowed down and waited there for shadow and the others to catch up with them not being long themselves and stop in front of her with shadow going up to her and ask
shadow: hey sugar did you lead us to where they have sonic
sugar moved her head towards the abandon mine that was ahead with shadow sighing in a little bit of relief and thank her as knuckle came over with some water and gave it to her and

shadow then went to her side bag and pulled out some cube of sugar and gave it to her to eat gulping it down as soon as she got them
silver: oh now i see why she's called sugar
knuckles: yes and she is also i very loyal horse too so we should let her get some rest while we go down there and attack
knuckles said to the group but shadow intervene and told him not to
shadow: they all have guns it would be suicide if you go down there with just bow and arrows
tails: shadow right knuckles so let's make a plan first and then you can beat them to a pulp alright
knuckles: tsk....fine as long as we can give them a piece of are minds then let's go with a plan right warriors
they all nodded as they all look at the mine and thought of a plan together
after they agreed on a plan all the warriors slowly walk up to the house's in groups with shadow and knuckles with one and silver rouge and tails in the other.
the two groups nodded at each other and purposely started setting the houses on fire after tails flew to every broken window to confirm if sonic was there or not but over heard one of them talking about him with another.

the two raised there glass and clash the two glass's together as tails hovered down to the ground and said to silver and rouges group that the house was clear while he flew to shadow and knuckles group and land in front of them

tails: i just heard that scrouge has taken sonic into the mines but what they said he was doing to him is not good so we need to hurry
shadow look at knuckles and ask tails if they said if anyone else was down there which he reply with a no
shadow: alright change of plan then we need to go down there
shadow look at knuckles to see if he agrees but he was thinking
knuckles: hmmm...then you and me will go down there the rest of you go join the others and keep doing the plan and smoke those bastards out of the houses
tails nodded as he took the warriors with him to regroup with the others while shadow and knuckles head to the mines

scrouge then smirk again as he thew the whip behind him and move himself on the bed leaning over the teen that was covered in slices from a knife and slashes from the whip with also a few more stab wounds on his arms and lower leg that was wrap in sonic clothing to stop them from bleeding out so much.
sonic remained strong willed but his body couldn't take anymore as his whole body throb from all the damage it took and scrouge knew that to as he decided to change his tactic in breck the teen
scrouge: well physical torture isn't going to get you to comply so how about we try this instead
scrouge unchain the teen and flip him over reviling the same injuries that he had on his back that was done to him earlier and chain him back up to the bed post and cup his checks then went in for a forceful kiss.
sonic had no strength to fight but it didn't stop him from resisting as he bite down on the intruders tongue as he try to push it in the teens mouth with scrouge quickly pulling back hissing in pain as sonic spat out scrouge blood that was in his mouth.
scrouge: WHY YOU LITTLE SHIT!
scrouge punch sonic across the face causing sonic to feel a fat lip forming with scrouge going back for another kiss but telling sonic that he will punch him again if he try's that again
this time sonic regrettably let scrouge have his way and scrouge was liking it as he was begin rough when exploring the others mouth enjoying the sweet taste in the teens mouth
scrouge then moved his hands to sonic belt and proceed to unbuckle it with sonic making a muffle no in both mouths as scrouge yank the teens pants down and then place his fingers over the sonic entrance as sonic began to struggle again as scrouge press down forcing the tip to push in but then...

scrouge stop as he look at the door and saw shadow and a echidna native standing on top of his door that was now on the ground with there weapons ready to fire at him with both face filled with a mix of horror and fury.
