the three was roughly push in the cell taking there guns away from them too but scrouge notice that someone was missing during that time sugar look at the commotion and saw in the window that scrouge was holding a gun and ran off to where sonic would be.
scrouge: where's the boy?
scrouge demanded from the three but shadow told him that they went there separate ways when they were at the forest but scrouge knew shadow was lying
scrouge: don't bullshit me he was last spotted working with you and if i remember correctly when i saw you come into town though the window he ran off somewhere around here
shadow was caught out of his lie and now knew that sonic could be in danger if he don't find a way to get away from scrouge but scrouge look towards infinite and his gang
scrouge: take the gang and find the boy but don't kill him i want him alive shot him in the leg if you have too
infinite and the rest of the gang walk out after he said that leaving scrouge there with the three lock in a cell and walk towards the wall that was covered with a large blanket smugly telling the three
scrouge: we were waiting for you three to show up so you gave us just enough time to set up a nice big surprise that would surely make a big bang
scrouge then pulled off the blanket reviling a timer with TNT around it with many wirers from the wall to the ground
scrouge: and now thanks to the three of you pissing me off by throwing me and my gang in a cell I'll have the whole town also pay the price with you but blowing it all to oblivion
rouge: DON'T TELL ME YOU...
scrouge: oh yes i have the whole town rigged with explosives while you were gone and none of them are going to realize that in the next 30 minutes they will be blown into pieces
shadow: YOU SICK BASTARD THEY ARE INORSENT IN ALL THIS WHY KILL THEM!
scrouge press the button on the timer and made the clock start as he turn to them one last time saying with an evil grin
scrouge: because i kill for fun and what better way too kill than to blow a whole town up and go down in history as the number one killer in all of mobius.....but now i have to be off as i have a boy to grab before i leave this place to blow....bye now enjoy the remaining time you have left
scrouge let out a menacing laugh as he walk out with shadow demanding what he would do to sonic but got no answer knowing he was already gone
shadow and the other two try there best to kick and ram themselves into the bars to try and breck free but saw the metal was too strong with shadow fearing the worst for sonic life

sonic was about to protest but he hear sugar neighing outside the door with both of them going outside wounding why she would be there but it seems like she was expressing something as sonic went up to her

sugar swung her head to the direction of the sheriff office and notice a jackal and a load of scrouges gang walk out of the building and quickly grab tails and hid inside the blacksmiths before he could be spotted

sonic told the annoyed two tail fox to remain quiet as he told him that scrouges gang just came out of the sheriff office
tails: wait weren't you friend shadow going in there too
sonic: yea sugar must of knew something was up and came to get me.....tails if i distract the gang can you sneck in there with sugar and see if shadow and the other two are okay
tails: sure but isn't he a sheriff I'm sure he would be okay right?
sonic poke his head out of the door and saw the gang spreading out holding there gun's looking like there searching for something in every building they went passed but still didn't see shadow rouge or silver but then saw scrouge come out of the sheriffs office himself.
sonic: great they must have got the three of them in there and by the looks of it they seem to be searching for someone
tails: and you know full well who they are looking for right?
sonic: yea making this a whole lot easier to distract all of them at once while you sneck in there
tails grab sonic hand before he could walk out of the blacksmiths giving his blue friend a look of worry as he told him to be careful
sonic: don't worry about me tails I'll be fine and I'm sure if shadow is okay then he would come over and help me
with that tails let go and sonic walk out of the blacksmith with all the gang members including scrouge seeing him from the distance as he look back and made a run for it with all members chasing after the blue teen.
