3 days later:

shadow rouge and silver had just return with some of the echidna tribes taking shadow to a tent to assist him with his attire for the ceremony with rouge and silver waiting outside.

about 30 minutes later shadow came out with the two seeing that he had red paint lines at the side of his face and his body covered in a brown shirt and pants with a band on top of his head with feather at the side.

''wow shadow the native look really suit's you''

''thank rouge but have you two seen sonic yet''

''no'' they both said making shadow nervous as he had to wait till knuckles came to get him and luckily they didn't have to wait long 

''I'm glad the three of you are back just in time....now come shadow we are ready to start the ritual''

the three followed knuckles to the same place that scrouge was killed but this time it was decorated with feathers on vines that was spread all over the side with all the members of the tribe standing left of right with space for shadow to walk between to get to the the wooden reef with different colour flower decorating it.

knuckles then got in front of the reef as he told shadow to stand on the right in front of him and then wave to the female tribe members from the distance went in one of the tents to bring sonic out.

shadow could see that sonic was wearing the white pants and shirt with a long brown cape trailing behind him as he walk closer for shadow to also see emerald green paint across the side of his face to match his eyes and the last detail shadow could see was feathers also on top of his head but they were wrap around one another making it look like a crown.

sonic was told by knuckles to stand at the side and face shadow with knuckles then doing the vows as he spoke load enough for everyone to hear

knuckles: natives of my tribe we are all here to witness the bound that are brother sonic will have with the mobian name shadow....sonic do you accept shadow to bond with emotionally, physically and forever more

sonic: yes i accept and commit

knuckles: and to you shadow do you accept sonic to bound with emotionally, physically and forever more 

shadow: yes i accept and commit

knuckles: then sonic please hold out your left hand and shadow your right

shadow didn't know much about the native bond but went with following sonic lead and knuckles orders with knuckles then grab a silk ribbon on tie it to sonic and shadows risk as he then pull out a small knife and told them to place their hand on both side of the blade.

knuckles then pull out the knife between the hands making the two flinch as the palms of there hands was slice and bleed with knuckles telling the two to hold hands and tie the rest of the ribbon around the couples hands

knuckles: this ribbon is a symbol of your bond and love you have with one another while the cut will be the meaning of staying together like a scar would till death and now you can show us a kiss between the two of you

sonic was nervous but still moved close to shadow till there body's were touching with shadow giving the teen a considerate smile as he lifted sonic chin up and move his head towards the other till sonic press his lips together and started kissing shadow first with shadow then wrapping his free arm around the teens waist and deepen the kiss as everyone cheer and celebrated their bond.

later when the sun was setting sonic had to say his goodbyes to the tribe and tails with shadow talking to rouge and silver who decided that they would stay a little longer to help look for the emeralds that scrouge might have in the abandon mine.
