"Listen Mr. Fortalejo. I am a fighter, I believe in the eye-for-an-eye business. I am no check terror. I got no respect for a man who won't hit back. You kill my dog, you better hide your cat. I'm happy that you treasured what happened in the past, so now you know what am I gonna do with your proposals? "

I could almost crush the bottle I am holding right now. Everytime I remember her words, it was like she also stab me.

I smirk and throw the bottle against the wall. No doub't she's strong now. Ano nga bang ieexpect ko since isa na siyang ganap na Alarcon?

I can't help but smile bitterly knowing how she easily embraced that family. That family who destroyed mine! I loathed that family so much that hurting an innocent Samantha isn't enough. Not enough unless they will tell me where's my mother.

Noon ko pa alam na isang Alarcon si Samantha. Before I was just using her to hurt my bastard brother, Skyler and his mother Priscilla not until Samantha introduced me to her family. That was when I met Nanay Mercy whom I once saw in a gathering with David Alarcon when I was a teen.

I was able to confirmed that she's an Alarcon when I asked her known father Rodel. Siya ang nagsabi sa akin na si Samantha ay anak sa ibang lalaki. Pinaimbestigahan ko and then the rest is history.

"Sir. " I glance my hired secretary.

"Any good news you got?" I asked. Medyo tipsy na rin ako at nakakaramdam na ng hilo. I was drinking for about an hour already thinking how things have gone different right now.

"A certain Atty. Ygo Samera made a notice on court regarding the land that you wanted to buy. It so happen na abogado po iyon ng mga Alarcon which means na hanggang korte inilalaban ni Ms. Alarcon ang lupa. "

I balled my fist. She won't let go of the land. She even wants a harder process. Ilang taon ko ng pinipilit na bilhin ang lupang iyon gaya ng kung paano ko ipilit ang proposal! That land is my last draw para mas lalong maiangat ang kompanya. That piece of shit!

Of course hindi niya ibibigay agad. That was where she grew up. I wouldn't be surprise na siya mismo ay makirally para lang maipatigil ang pagdedemoslish.

"Leave the land first. Hindi ako nagmamadali. The proposal?" I asked.

"Ganoon parin po. Unread and rejected "

Bullsh*t! She's getting to my nerves. She still has grudges against me. I can smell revenge. Mali siya ng kinalaban.

"Other than that?" I said.

"Hindi po tumuloy ng conferrence si Ms. Aldea sa Singapore for an unknown reason."

Now I wonder why. Magmula nang kilalanin siyang Aldea Alarcon which I hated the most dahil mas bagay sa kanya ang Samantha, she became this woman full of mysteries.

Ruthless heiress, Aldea Alarcon. I know she's not as ruthless as she could. If she is bakit pinanatili niya parin ang mga dating umaalipusta sa kanyang kapitbahay sa Brgy. Tomasino?

She still has the heart of my poor and innocent Samantha.

"Know the reason." I said.

"Para saan po sir?" My secretary asked. Para saan nga ba? I don't know. I just feel like I want to know.

"Basta. Just do it." I said. I was about to open another liquor when my secretary intruded.

"I guess it has something to do with Mr. Lucas Seagull. Son of Adelle and Lourd Seagull of The Empire. "

Now this is interesting. I have never seen any member of the most reknowned family in the world, the Seagulls.

Then someone popped in my mind. Lucas? Could it be just a coincident na magkapangalan lang sila ni Robles?

"What about Ms. Aldea's connection to this Lucas Seagull?" I asked. I am starting to grip my glass for I don't know what reason. Maybe just anticipating for a good answer.

" There is this rumor na magkakaroon po ng merger ang Empire at Delacarte, which means posibleng fiance ni Ms. Aldea si Mr. Seagull. It isn't confirmed yet pero--"

Napatili ang secretary ko dahil sa paghagis ko ng baso sa pader. My hands are shaking. My sweat is pouring down my face. I am literally trembling. My heart is pounding.

Damn it!

"Sir okay lang po ba--"

"Leave!" I shouted. Yumuko ito at lumabas na.

I calm myself down. I stroll around my office. Palm my face and blew air out of irritation.

She couldn't be happy. Not yet. I wouldn't allow that. Damn her! I'm not yet done with her. Hindi siya pwedeng mapunta sa iba lalo na sa isang lalaking lalo siyang iaangat sa alta-sociedad.

I face the window with my hands inside my pocket. Ilang minuto rin akong nakatulala lang sa kawalan.

"Samantha...." bulong ko sa hangin. I then fish out my phone then dial someone.

"Hello sir."

"Jules! It's been a long time. Naalala mo yung babaeng pinababantayan ko sayo almost 7 years ago or so? "

"Yes. Isa lang naman yun. What do you want me to do?" He asked.

"Make me aware of all her activities. Sundan mo siya kahit saan. "

"Okay boss." Then I ended the call.

You want chasing game My Samantha? Then hell I'll give you! I'll make sure you'll eventually fall on my trap again. This time..I'll make sure you'll fall harder para mas nainisin mong isumpa ang pagiging Alarcon mo.
