Chapter 9

Venus

Am I happy? Was I ever happy? What is even the meaning of happiness? I don't remember the last time I was happy, was it when I took care of my mother? Or when I spent time with my brothers? I had no clue, no clue how long it's been since I've been brought here.

"Venus?" Alba called my name, I looked to my side at the naked woman laying on my bed. Her hand laid on my bare stomach, she smirked pulling her lip between her teeth and traced her finger on my skin.

"Hm?" Was my reply, she was a very beautiful woman indeed but not what I really wanted or in this case...who.

"You've been very quiet lately, is everything okay?" She asked but her tone and the look on her face didn't say concern, the lust and desire in her eyes said other things.

"I'm alright, why?" The woman leaning closer to my side and started kissing my shoulder, she pushed me back on the wall and pulled herself on top of my lap. This is what's been happening, she'd pay me a visit and we'll end up naked on my bed. I don't even know how this started.

I think it was from that time when we were drunk and I got hard from staring at Lavinia and having naughty thoughts of her who was sitting right in front of me, Alba noticed my condition and she offered to help calm it down.

"It's already morning Alba, you must go" I whispered while she just kissed up and down my neck, I put my hands on her waist and gently pushed her back. She sighed and rolled her eyes, she got off of me and started putting her clothes on while I washed myself.

When I put my armor on, I went behind Alba and pulled her back against me kissing her neck but she pushed her head away, I wrapped my hand on her neck and went back to kissing behind her ear.

"Don't give me that attitude..." I whispered, she hummed in pleasure trying to grind her ass on my front and nodded her head. I pulled away from her and she sighed in disappointment then went to open the door, to both our surprise, the queen had her hand up like she was about to knock.

She stared at the both of us with wide eyes trying to figure out why Alba was leaving my room so early in the morning or why her neck and chest had red marks all over them, I shouldn't have sucked on her skin too hard but I couldn't help myself, someone else was on my mind.

"Your majesty" I said with a smile pretending like nothing was going on, she looked at her maid and gestured for her to leave.

"You're late" the queen said folding her arms in front of her, I still had the laces on my forearms not done yet because I was going to ask Alba to do them for me.

"I wasn't...feeling too well" I said looking into her eyes, she knew I was lying and I wasn't trying to hide it.

She walked closer to me and grabbed my forearm, she took the laces in her hands and started tying them. She pulled them too hard making the leather armor tighten around my skin, and she was doing it on purpose.

I loved it when women gave me the attitude, it only makes me want to fix it for them even more. All the things I'd do to this woman if she'd let me...

I didn't complain and just looked down at her hair, cheeks, eyebrows, lips while she focused on what she was doing, when she was done with both arms she took a step back and I took one forward then she made another back and I followed after her until she was against the wall.

I could feel her chest against mine, her shaky hands on my arms and her fast heartbeat when I put my face in her neck, my lips brushed on her skin and I felt her grip tighten around my arms.

She smelled like roses and her scent was so addicting, but of course who am I to even say or do anything. I pulled away smiling innocently at her flustered self and took a step to the side opening the door for her.

"We don't wanna be late" I said the smile still on my face, she looked down and cleared her throat before storming out of the room. I know she was embarrassed and I loved it because her face turned red, I can use a different method to turn it even redder than that. I closed my eyes trying to get her naked body out of my head and took a deep breath.

I followed after her to the main room where we met her husband, of course, and other men and women whom I've never seen before. They all looked so rich with their expensive robes and jewelry. They all just stood in front of the emperor and stared at Lavinia while she made her way to the smaller throne next to her husband.

"Now that my dear wife has finally decided to join us we can start with my announcement" he said with a fake smile, he grabbed Lavinia's hand forcefully and kissed it while she just stared at the crowd with a blank face.

"Tomorrow night every noble in Rome is invited to my party! We'll have fun, discuss laws, eat and drink and no one is there to stop us! We will party like there's no tomorrow!" The idiot yelled, the men cheered and clapped like their lives depended on it. I looked at my queen and she just had the same upset look, I think she felt my eyes on her so she looked up at me. I nodded slightly with a smirk and she rolled her eyes at me before looking back at the crowd.

For the rest of the morning, Lavinia sat on her chair looking very bored and I stood next to door while everyone just discussed random things and drunk juices and wine none stop.

I felt a hand on my arm and my attention drifter to the shorter woman that stood right by my side, Alba had on different clothes and fixed her hair, I'll probably ruin it later tonight once again...

"Yes?" I said looking back at Lavinia who had her attention on me this time, I fought the smirk from appearing on my face and waited for Alba to speak.

"Do you have a moment?" She asked feeling up my arm, I was truly surprised on how much this woman wanted to have sex. Whenever she had a free moment she'd come running to me and pull me into an empty hallway or a room.

"I don't think so...why?" I replied still looking at Lavinia, her eyes were almost challenging me, daring me to move from my spot. Alba stood in front of me trying to get me to look at her but I was enjoying the view of that one redhead who was sitting across the room from me.

"What do you mean why Venus, I want you" Alba almost begged the last part of her sentence, I leaned down closer to her ear my eyes still on Lavinia.

"Maybe tonight, I can't leave this spot" I kissed her cheek and pulled back, this time the queen looked away and slid her hand on top of her husband's and started caressing it.

I clenched my jaw feeling anger build up my chest, yes I am selfish and I didn't care. I wrapped my hand around Alba's wrist pulling her out of the room to relieve all the emotions built up in me, good and bad all because of her.

When we reached an empty hallway, I pushed Alba against the wall and pressed my lips on hers in a hurried and lustful kiss. My hands made their way to her sides and started feeling on her skin wishing this was Lavinia who I was touching and making feel good.

Alba wrapped her arms around my neck and I slid my hand under her dress, before I could touch her more I heard my name being called. I pulled away from the kiss and looked at the end of the hallway, the queen in all her glory stood there with her arms folded in front of her. She didn't look too happy with what she was seeing but what did she expect us to be doing?

From the look of it she wanted me back in the room, I sighed and dropped Alba down on her feet before making my way towards the queen.

She's just so confusing sometimes...
