Chapter 27 Art Coming Soon! (Still gotta draw it sorry-)
"Have you guys seen Scar?" Xisuma asks worried.
"I'm sure he's fine" Grian says with a chuckle, then Taurtis and him continue walking and going about their day.
-A Few Hours Later-
"I'm.. starting to get worried about Scar.. three or four people have asked if we've seen him since Xisuma.." Grian mumbles as the two of them are sitting down and talking.
"What's there to be worried about? He's the one who left in Doc's lab!" Taurtis says, angry and upset about the fact that after all these years of Grian and him not seeing each other, but he's more worried about the guy that he saw a day or two ago.
"I guess you're right.." Grian mumbled.
"I'm always right Grian!" Taurtis says with a laugh.
"Yeah.." Grian says, leaning his head on Taurtis's shoulder.
The two go about their day, Grian feeling uneasy the whole time.
-The Next Day-
"I'm getting really worried about Scar.." Grian whispers to himself while making some morning tea.
He had woken up only a few minutes ago, he was still wearing a white t-shirt, dark gray pajama pants, and some white and red socks.
Taurtis was still asleep.
Grian wasn't sure about Taurtis after he had mentioned being worried about Scar yesterday.
He started to feel uneasy around Taurtis.
Taurtis was also acting.. strange.. to say the least.
Grian continued mumbling his worries to himself as he often did in the mornings, drinking his warm green tea.
"Good morning.." Taurtis says, stumbling over to Grian, and hugging him from behind, resting his chin on Grian's shoulder.
"Morning Taurtis..!" Grian says, shoving his bad thoughts down, trying to seem happy for his friend.
"I'm gonna go out later today" Grian says, trying his best not to sound suspicious.
"Ok.." Taurtis says, still half asleep and rubbing his eyes.
"So.."
-A Few Hours Later ~ 11:42-
"Alright, I'm going out now" Grian says, putting his plate in the sink to deal with later.
"Where are you going?" Taurtis asks, setting the rest of his sandwich down.
"I'm going to restock my shop" Grian says, quickly thinking of a lie.
"Alright" Taurtis picks his sandwich back up and continues eating.
Grian walks out of the house, closing the door behind him.
His chest was much better and since he was a Watcher, he healed much faster than other creatures.
He shot off into the sky with his parrot looking wings, and started looking.. and searching..
He then saw a cave.
Maybe.. just maybe..
Scar is in there.
