jisung had just taken a deep breath and let it out whilst he stretched his body to prepare himself to dive into the water.
not long ago, he had received a call from his mother and obviously, just like his brother had said, she had asked him to come to dinner tonight with some words that he couldn't really get out of his head.
and who was he to listen to his brother anyways? so yes, he was going.
but he ended up deciding he would release the tension in his mind by swimming since it always helped. water gave him comfort and he could stay in it all day if it wasn't for the bodily reactions.
and soon he found himself jumping into the water, swiftly taking his position to swim with his arms stretched and moving through the water.
every worry had fleeted away from his mind and all he could focus was on the coldness of the water that gave him a weird sense of comfort.
once he had reached the other side of the pool, he pulled his head out of the water, breathing heavily and shaking the water away from his face, sighing in content afterwards.
he stayed like that for a while, just floating in the water before he pulled himself out of the pool and heading to grab a towel to dry himself up.
for now, he thought about nothing as he cleaned himself away from all the wetness of the water and sat down on one of the benches to relax himself more.
he grabbed his phone only to see that someone had texted him. but he didn't bother to check it, seeing as it was an unknown number.
he could care less about that right now.
"jisung! yah, you crazy han jisung!" he heard yells from outside, his eyes widening a bit since he was about to get caught. they weren't allowed to use the pool on weekends unless the coach allowed them to for some practice.
soon he saw seungmin rushing in with a troubled look on his face, grabbing jisung's hand once he reached to him and quite literally dragging him out naked.
"w-wait seungmin! i have to wear my clothes!- fUCK- it's cold!" jisung basically screamed when they were outside the pool building, and seungmin showed no mercy as he continued to drag him away to god knows where.
jisung was shivering by the time they stopped, the only thing covering his top was the towel and swimming shorts which were also wet. not to mention he was wearing bathroom slippers.
"what the fuck-"
"gosh, shut up. i just saved your fucking life! the coach was about to reach there!" seungmin said before jisung could say anything.
and that just left the boy sighing and shaking his head.
"no, you didn't. you do know my clothes, my phone and my shoes everything is in there? and the fact that there's water spilled over the floor- obviously I'm not saved from anything!" jisung said, shaking his head again as he pulled his arm away from seungmin to walk back to the pool building.
"you have a death wish, don't you?!" seungmin yelled when he saw jisung walking back towards the building.
"well, I'll be that death wish of mine tomorrow anyways! so I'll just get it now!" jisung yelled back, storming back into the building since he was about to freeze to death.
and of course, he found the coach there standing absolutely furious. nothing would've been more scarier to jisung when he turned to look at him with his glare.
jisung quickly put his arms together politely and bowed, "im really sorry! im sorry for using the pool without your permission!" he was quick to say.
"if you're that sorry then you're going to clean the pool for the rest of the week, alone."
