Smackdown.

It was Tuesday night. I had no match tonight, but I was scheduled for some mic time.

That's never a bad thing. Unless, of course, you're Eva Marie.

"What is your promo about tonight, my baby?" Roman asks, pulling me into him.

"Just me winning the title, and what I think know about my reign. The usual crap." I say.

We lace our first gers together, walking into the arena.

"Not going to rile up Paige? No trash talk?" He asks.

"Sounds to me like someone wants his girlfriend to be feisty." I acknowledge.

"Who wouldn't? You're got when you're angry." He laughs.

"Hate to burst your bubble, superman, but there will be no fierce Rose tonight. I save that for my matches." I say proudly.

"Maybe we can get a little fierce later on." He whispers in my ear.

Chills ran down my spine, throughout my body.

"There's something electric about you." I tell him.

"Electric?" He questions.

"No matter how many times I think I'm used to you, you always find some way to shock me." I say.

"I shock a lot of people." He shrugs.

"When's your next day off?" I ask him.

"Not for a while. I have a bunch of signings with Ambrose next week." He says.

"I'm going on the live tour." I say.

"Where you got your big break." He smiles, ruffling my hair.

"Stop." I whine. "You make me feel like a little kid when you do that."

" Fine. You go, and get ready. I'll catch you later. I love you." He says, kissing me softly.

"Love you more." I say, watching him walk away.

"You've got it bad."

"i do not have anything bad, Paige." I say.

"You're joking, right? Everyone can see how madly in love with each other you two are." She says.
"We are not madly in love." I disagree.

"I beg to differ. The way he looks at you while you're talking... Any other girl would turn to jelly. He looks at you like you're the only woman he's ever like in his life." She tells me.

"Everyone sees different things, Paige." I comment.

"Of course they do. Tell me something, though." She turns, facing me.

"What?" I ask.

"Do you love him?" She asks.

"What? Of course I love him. Why would you even ask that?" I question.

"No, Rose. Not as a friend. I mean, do you love him?" She asks, putting much more emphasis on love.

I bit my lip, a bit nervous at her question.

"I... I think I do." I say.

"Think?" She asks.

"I think it's too early to tell, really." I say, scratching my arm.

"Relax. It was only a question." She tells me, rubbing my arms.

I nod, and smile.

"I'll catch you later. I've got to get ready to kick some Bella ass." She says, walking away.

I tried to shake the conversation out of my head, but it just wouldn't go.

"Do I love him?" I whisper to myself.

"Rose, you're up in 30."

I nod, and make my way to the locker room to get ready.

I need to put my all into the promo.

I can't be the innocent little girl I always had been in NXT. Maybe I did need to bring something new to the table.

Maybe I do need to debut a different side of Rose.

"Hey Mark?"

He turns to face me.

"Would you mind if I tested a bit with my character tonight?" I ask.

"What do you mean?" He asks, crossings arms.

"I have mic time tonight, and I just wanted to see if it was alright that I tried a new approach to giving my promo." I tell him.

"As long as you're not assaulting anyone, or promoting negative thing, I don't see why not." He says.

"Thank you!" I smile.

I had everything done, and ready to go. The title was placed on my shoulder.

"Ladies, and gentlemen, please welcome the new Diva's Champion, Rose!"

I got a relatively good pop from the crowd which made me happy.

I was all smiles as I walked down to the ring.

"Man it feels damn good to be champion!" I say, earning another pop from the crowd. "Who would have thought that a little girl like me would ever get to live out her dream? I wouldn't have. That's where I went wrong. I thought too much negativity, and canceled out the positives. I didn't think of myself as worthy, or deserving enough for this. I woke up one morning, and that all changed. I've been wrestling for years, and years before I got the call I only dreamt I would hear. I was offered a contract by WWE. Now, here I am. Your Diva's Champion. For any little girl fighting the odds to be a Diva, you can do it. You're strong. You're beautiful, and you will not be stopped. I was in your shoes once. It'll be hard, but I'm telling you right now. The sacrifices, and hours on end you put into this will be worth more than you could ever imagine. Paige gave me the chance no one else would. She saw the fire in me, and wouldn't let it die. There were so many times I stopped, and asked myself why am I doing this? Paige slapped me back into reality when she wanted to face me at a love event just one month ago. I owe her everything, and without her, I wouldn't be able to stand here right now as your brand new Diva's Champion. I may have beaten her already, but I know Paige. She's a tough customer, and I have quite a ways to go before our rivalry is done. I look forward to everything yet to come my way, and I promise you I will be champion for a long, long time." I say, setting my mic down.

I was about to get out of the ring, but stopped when I heard the music of one Stephenie McMahon.
