I woke up Michael sleep next to me peacefully I made breakfast and he came down and ate I headed to work I arrived and opened my trailer to see Joseph sitting there "Joseph?" I questioned "hey" he said standing up "what do you need?" I asked "I need to talk to you about us" he said I looked at him shocked "what about us?you rejected me!" I exclaimed "I know I know and it was a mistake because I realize it's you and it always has been you" he said coming closer to me
"Joseph you're too late" I said looking down "don't say that" he whispered "I'm with Michael" I stated it was silent for a bit "do you still love me?" He asked I stayed silent I didn't dare make eye contact with him because I knew he could tell if I was lying of course I still loved him Michael was a distraction I felt so bad using him like that
"Do you still love me?" He asked again he lifted my head up to look at him I looked into his eyes and I about melted "yes I still love you" I said "but I'm with Michael" I said feeling guilty "so if I kiss you...you're gonna push me away?" He asked "you know cause you're with Michael" he added "yes" I said
"I'm glad Veronica cheated because that showed me I was with the wrong girl" he said before tucking a piece of my hair behind my ear he leaned in and are lips connected it felt amazing I always wanted this and now I have it he deepened the kiss his hands gripping my waist "I love you im sorry about breaking your heart before" he whispered kissing me again He picked me up and laid me on the couch "wait wait" I said stopping him "what?" He questioned "let me break up with Michael first before we do this" I said he nodded "of course sorry I got carried away" he said "it's okay" I said
When I went home I saw Michael was already over he was sitting there focused on his work "can we talk?" I asked "yeah" he said still looking down at the papers "listen you've been great but I think we should break up" I said he looked at me "what?" He questioned "I think we should break up" I repeated "are you fucking serious?!" He raised his voice "yea im serious I just don't love you the way you love me" I said he pushed me to the ground I yelped out "bitch!" He yelled before leaving my house
