"[ Y/N ]! Wake up!" The familiar voice of a boy called out for their attention, making [ Y/N ] slowly squint their eyes open, blinking a few times whilst doing so. Over stood them was a worried looking boy that was oddly nostalgic to look at, as if it was somebody they knew but younger.
He seemed thankful and happy seeing them open their eyes back at him, having slight tears prick his eyes while gazing down at them. "Y-You're okay! I'm so grateful.. Did I h-hurt you earlier?" [ Y/N ] couldn't comprehend anything that was being asked, only knowing they apparently weren't okay and injured.
"Haha—.. I'm good now?" They slowly tried to lift up from their laying position only to suddenly feel the sting of pain and a loud ringing noise playing directly into their ear when doing so, immediately falling back down into the pillow. Now fully being able to perceive everything and their surroundings, they came to realize that they weren't in the comforts of their bed, and instead a hospital's one.
Slowly turning their head over to lazily look up at the worried boy, they slowly found themselves blurring out in vision— having the little boy's face scribbled out as if their imagination was acting up on them, now not being able to identify him at all anymore. All the sounds around them slowly fell deaf as they felt more numb by the seconds passing by, losing all their senses one by one.
