S2: CHAPTER 31

(TAPOPS station )

Beeping sound belonging to a heart monitor softly emits while one of the medical nurse arranges the dextrose connected to Kaizo's left arm. The captain had been laying in the hospital bed for quite some time, after the Admiral and the others had come back from their mission.

Everyone were quite a bit anxious with the whole ordeal since the enemies whose onto their neck has never been the type of group they've encountered.

The scene skips over to Rai, sitting on the chair inside a white room seemingly to be a prison cell. How she ended up in this situation was because Admiral and the others does not trust her at the moment, no matter how Gopal tried to convince them that she's not with the people from Armageddon, his words weren't believable.

Rai understood the reason for it anyways. Everyone had been pressured with everything regarding the people from that place and such, that they're taking extra careful measures.

At least they did not treat her that horribly.

Giving her food and a place to sleep.

But she's a bit nervous if ever they'd start investigating through her. Rai does not have the bits slightest of idea on how to respond to questions regarding her home, personal identity and the fact how'd she's gotten to that place.

How she's gotten to this world..

Would they help her with such matters?

Are they even trustworthy?

Rai fiddled with her fingers feeling the dread loitering in her mind causing slight distress to her emotions. Her forehead creases enabling her to release a slight sigh.

The wall clock hanged at the right side area strikes to 1 o'clock in the afternoon. She'd glance at it solemnly, doubting whether to stay here or leave.

Yet she couldn't.

She needed answers. Rai wants to know more about Angin, about who is Duri, and the reason why he hid about him being in a different world.

How did Angin managed to get to her world?

What was the point of him lying about being in an organization like TAPOPS and having powers?

The fact that there are powersphere's stored in this place.

This was something that Angin's... Twins(?) Could answer. That's why she has to await for the right opportunity to speak with Duri, the male with emerald color eyes.

Rai's head starts to erupt in a painful sensation. The pile of questions she's thought about is giving her a headache.

Footsteps emerges outside the room she's in. Since the front wall, next to the entrance door has a clear glass that Rai is able to loot outside the premises. Hence, notifying the female whomever passes by her room through the halls.

Three alien with large eyes and mouth walked by, those mop-looking like clothes dangling under their head as it bounces up and down.

Just then, Daun alongside Api and Gopal emerges from the three. They were talking about things and Rai guessed it has something to do with what happened in Armageddon.

Seeing Api and Daun, having the same faces as Angin, still kinda freaks her out in amusement. Sometimes she'd be confused of their names due to how similar they really are from one another.

Api notices Rai when his eyes landed on the girl inside the prison cell. The girl unconsciously looking at them with a none bothered face, straightforwardly observing them as they walk.
