S3: CHAPTER 48

( JUPITER ACADEMY: ARENA )

Halilintar stood in the middle of the arena's ground with eyes closed and his hand slightly posed forward, palms opened. He evened his breathing trying to concentrate that power within his body to flow over his heart.

One bead of sweat formed on his head then it slowly slid down across his cheek, reaching the edge and separates itself from the chin.

Sparks of electricity started to emerge on his hands. Circling around the tips of his fingers before constantly turning into a blade with slow speed. The lightning blade were about be completed with it's transformation, alas, the process stopped and the weapon immediately blew just where it was on the male's hands.

Then it dissipated into small particles.

Halilintar huffed and puffed out his chest from how much he was holding his breath in his throat. He groaned in annoyance for failing yet again but he wasn't as much angry as before.

"Darn it.." the lightning elemental sighed, wiping the sweat off his face.

Rai watched the brunette all being groggy again just a bit far from where Halilintar stood, behind the boy with crossed arms. She hummed and then walked over.

Rai observed him all over. "You know what you are lacking Halilintar?" She asked with her forefinger placed under her chin.

The male in topic blinked, "Ha? I'm sure I'm doing the right steps that you've told me to." assured Halilintar with an eyebrow raised.

Rai shakes her head. "You see, it's not just about following the steps that could get you the perfect way to accumulate the product. Sometimes you have to also think of an idea on how the steps could assist you, for example, your breathing."

"My.. breathing?" Halilintar questions. "I was breathing fine though."

A sweat drop appeared on Rai's head. "What i mean is the formation of your breathing."

She then demonstrated for the boy. Closing her eyes, Rai inhaled and exhaled over and over again while trying to focus in evening her breathing from her lungs and through her entire circular system.

"Let the flow of your breathing assists the circulation of your blood into the stream then concentrate in controlling the energy of your body gathering into one place. From your toes, your hands over to your shoulders into your stomach.. well, you can also use your heart as a primary chamber for the 'ki' to store itself and acts as a medium for your power."

She explained and just then the purple lightning that Halilintar wanted to learn so bad, easily appeared on Rai's hand by the right side.

It glowed brightly with few electric sparks moving around the blade in sharp speed.

Then it disappeared.

Halilintar stood there in a stunned state because no matter how much Rai would demonstrate it for him, it just seems amazing with a single try.

"It never ceases to amaze me, every time you summon purple lightning." Halilintar commented in all truth, a stoic expression on his features.

Rai snorted. "Well that's because I've already been used to it.. and you're still learning." the girl replies and then she went behind the boy.

She gently touched his back without any warning.

This made Halilintar flinch. "H-HEY! WHAT ARE YOU–" stammered the brunette.

Boy, was he flustered.

"Shh, now try doing the same thing that i did awhile ago and don't forget to breathe." Ordered the female without any care.
