( COSMOS Organization: Cafeteria )

"Oh gosh, it has already been 3 days straight yet i still don't see Jay around the premises. Do you all think something might've happened to him, without us knowing?"

Yubin asked out in curiosity, but mostly she was worried about their team leader.

After the day he went to disturb the meeting of the higher-ups, the ravenette male did not try and contact any of them. Hence, when they tried to contact him, he wasn't available too.

No one knows where Jay is or what he is doing, even Sergeant Nur was nowhere to be found at all.

Meenho slipped through, "He also isn't taking my call." the male sat down near Zen then placed down his platter of food on the table.

"What if he's in need of help?" Yubin gasped looking at them.

Zen placed his drink down. "I doubt that, if Jay didn't take any of our calls then he probably is working on something and doesn't want us all involved."

Yes, Jay has always been like that.

"What's all this about Jay?"

It was a different person.

The three slowly looks up, beholding Kuma alongside Calla.

"Woah, since when did you both got along so well?" Meenho questions.

Calla sat down on the opposite side. "Not too long ago."

"So what about Jay?" The female asked once more. Kuma sat beside her, also curious.

"Ah.. we couldn't contact him." Yubin.

Zen looks at the other female's, "Do you have any idea where he could be?" worried lace in his tone yet it's not that noticeable.

Calla placed her forefinger under her chin. "I tried asking professor Oh about it, he said that Jay cut off any possible connection that we could reach him with."

"So.. he really intended to do things on his own huh?" Kuma sighed once more.

After all, what was Jay thinking?

"Um, if i may ask." Calla started.

"But why is Jay so overprotective of Rai? Who is she to him?" she added.

Everyone around her stopped eating and stared at the lady with wide eyes.

Leaving Kuma aside though because she too wanted to know about it. Well, she knows who Rai is but she doesn't really have any idea what kind of a person she was or how deep is her relationship with Jay.

Meenho started to hum, pondering.

"Well, for starter's. Rai is Jay's relative.. she's his cousin and had been the one taking care of him since he started living with his Grandma."

Calla blinks, "Is that why she's so important to him to the point that Jay had to be that panicky?" she doesn't understand it.

The fact Jay was so overprotective of one person.

What is really the reason?

Yubin took a sip of her juice. "In case you both don't know yet, Rai.. is also a former member of COSMOS."

This caught Kuma and Calla's attention.

"She was???"

Yubin nodded, crossing his arms and then pondering about something. "She left COSMOS organization because she was having trouble with life living as a COSMOS agent and a normal girl."
