Chapter 27 Beast Will 101

Arthur Pov:

Today is the first day of the excusive class that Cecil, Nico and I intend to give. The class about beast wills. There are two different parts. One part is how to handle a beast master and the other one is how to use and assimilate a beast will. The first part is for everyone that has an interest in beast wills and the second part is for the DC members and those that have beast wills including Lilia and Tess.

Starting this class the first in the morning might not have been the best decision. But the time to change things is now over. Tired from sleeping yesterday I make my way in the classroom. Seeing me the DC members greet me. To their surprise I don't sit down next to them but make my way to the front of the class.

"What are you doing first year? Do you want to play professor?" a random student spoke.

"No I am not playing at all but I guess you need to be taught how to fight against a beast master by someone that has experience in it. Everyone of my mentors except two are beast masters. Due to this I have a lot of experience of how to fight against a person with a beast will."

"So why don't you demonstrate" said a fifth year student. He jumped at me activating his beast will. I chuckled and let his beast will feal mine. He immediately shrunk back in fear.

"It seems that at least your beast will knows its place in my lesson."

"What have you done? Why? what?"

"To explain what just happened I have a question. Who in here has a beast will and has completely assimilated with it?" Several students raised their hand "I do not mean that you can use some powers of your bonds but a real best will." Most of the hands went down. "Didi you all feel the urge to kneel down or get as far away as possible right now?" All of them nodded. "This is a phenomenon where a lower ranked beast will shows obedience towards a stronger beast will. I hide my beast will so that it won't be seen immediately but I can still let the power of my beast will flow. If anyone still disregards my position and the position of my professors which are going to teach this class then get out right now I don't want and don't intend to teach people that have no intention to learn."

At that time Nico and Cecilia came in. "Was that you Art?"

"Yes it was me Nico. I had to show someone, that thinks of himself as the most powerful individual in existence, a little lesson."

"Just don't cage him in a ice prison. Who was it?"

"That guy over there." I pointed at the student that tried to challenge me.

"Do you want that we show our beast wills as well or would you rather not."

"I doubt that you have such a will like him."

"A feisty one. Those are the best to break and rebuild from scratch" Cecil commented. She did not waste any time and let her beast will our. The guy took a few steps back and was obvious shaken.

"Now it is my turn" with that Nico let his will free while Cecil retracted hers. This was the end for the students with beast wills since they literally started to prostrate themselves.

"Nico what did we talk about. The three of us have impossible beast wills and we need to control our wills when we let them get some air. Look at them. My will is stronger then yours but they started to kneel due to your will. While they just had a desire to run away while I showed mine. Anyway let the class begin. We have a lot of things to teach you."

"Let me clarify what a beast master makes a beast master. First you need a beast core with an intact will inside. This is possible if the beast was killed very fast. With other words if the beast is still using mana and fighting against an opponent but dies in the next moment the possibility that the core has a beast will inside exists but is still very low. At first the mana from the beast core needs to be absorbed and afterwards the beast will can be acquired. You might not be able to feel the beast will because your affinities don't match. The other way to acquire a beast will is for a mana beast to give you their will voluntary but this is so rare that I only know of one time this has happened.
