Chapter 17 Exam and deal

Kaspian Pov:

Those four are not normal. I couldn't sense their cores not even a bit. I couldn't even sense a bit of mana and they have shown that they can use mana. Especially those kids. They have already a higher core level then me and are all quadra elementals. But it seems that they do not want too much attention. After all they are on their way with a motherly person, use false names and show a part of their affinities. But why did they trust me. I guess it will be too much effort if I try to find out. But who would disown children that are so talented? No stop it, it's not worth it.

"Devas I have an other question for you. If you are really as good as Nico says then I have a question for you. Would you like to raid S and SS-rank dungeons with a special party? Of course the party is made out of mainly AA and one or two S rank adventurers. You are still young but also talented. You can accept or not but the payment is good and it should be good for you to train." Note was looked at with several sharp gazes but he just shook his head. It seams they thought that he told them what their goal is. "I have just guessed why you became adventurers. You don't want fame or attention you just want to grow stronger and stay safe or away from someone." They nodded and Note spoke up.

"How often do we participate in this special Party?"

"Good question. Once every three or four months and we will contact you a week before that. There are already some adventurers that participate and are quite talented."

"We accept with one condition. We want to get updates about the twin horns. About every dungeon in that they dive in. I will give you an artifact with whom you can give us information about them and inform us about the raids. If they are in danger then contact us. Is that clear?"

Why does it feel like I am in front of someone greater then a simple human. A king? No even greater. "If you explain why then I will accept."

"We know them and they are friends with our families."

"Those that disowned you?"

"Yes those. But even if we got disowned it doesn't mean that we would leave them behind and won't help them."

"That is enough. I will help you. Now take the letter, your badge and head out."

"Thank you Kaspian we will pay you back. Take this for now. You can use it to contact us. Just contact one to three that would be one of us three."

Elderville

Arthur Pov:

Since we have to be as stealthy as possible we had to use the teleportation gate to teleport to the next town. I still feal nauseous but that can't be helped. Anyway we are currently walking to the town of Eldeville to get Nico's, Cecil's and mother's adventurer card. To be honest I didn't want to get her a card since she would draw attention but we would try to mask us and asked her to do the same. She obliged and I gave her a spare mask.

We finally arrived at Elderville and went p to the adventurer guild. Here we go again. We walked inside and draw every pairs of eyes to us. Why do they have to be so annoying. We walked up to the desk clerk and did the same thing again.

"We would like to register as adventurers."

"All of you? Aren't you a bit to young?"

I said nothing but showed her my adventurer card. "Am I still too young to be an adventurer? We also have a letter for the guild master from Kaspian Bladeheard. Would you be so nice and go get him?"

"Y-yes sir, so-sorry sir, I-I will get her."

"Much obliged."

This time there were less bastards trying to hit on mother but there were not zero. I guess it is thanks to the letter and not to my card since nobody has seen it except for the clerk. "Hey beautiful why don't you ditch those little-" He didn't get to say an other word because the gravity around him amplified by several times and he crashed on the floor.
