The last group, which consisted of Haruka, Michiru, Makoto, and Ami arrive at the Port of Chiba.
"Where are we suppose to go from here?" Makoto wondered.
"Nothing around here seems to be a clue to finding the light. And then there's just the ocean," said Ami.
"But Dia said that it was here."
"The ocean...," mumbled Michiru.
"Huh?"
"Michiru are you okay?" Haruka said. Michiru's eyes were dilated and she wasn't responding to her. Michiru started walking towards the edge of the port to the water. "Hey what are you doing?" Haruka grabbed her arm, but Michiru pulled away and continued walking.
The girls' pupils shrank in shock to what they were seeing her doing.
"Are you...," Ami gulped.
"...walking on water?!" they said with astounded facial expressions.
Michiru gave him a small smile, "seems so," she said. The others followed her onto the water. As soon as they got onto the water a small beam of light shot up from the middle of the port.
"What is that," said Ami.
"Come on," said Haruka. The group ran towards the light. They all stood around the shimmering light.
"It's beautiful," said Makoto.
The girls dress their hands out to touch the light. As soon as their fingers made contact with the beans they were they were surrounded by a wall of water that separated them from the rest of their city. The wall of water expanded out from them. A big ball of light surfaced from the water and exploded its glitters of lights. At its center was the final silhouette. The girls stepped back as they gazed upon the white woman.
She giggled putting her hands together, "Oh welcome Sailor of Mercury, Sailor of Jupiter, Sailor of Uranus and Sailor of Neptune."
"She knows our names," said Makoto.
"Of course," she said with a soothing voice. A cool gust of wind blew.
"Who are you?" asked Haruka.
"You may call me the Sail. My sisters and I have come to awaken the Guardian of the Moon in this time of peril."
"What do you mean by 'awaken', Ms. Sail?" asked Ami.
"All is to be revealed in due time."
The water started to shake and boil. "What's going on?!" yelled Makoto.
The silhouette helped them back onto the harbor in a bubble and disappeared. "Where did she go?" said Haruka.
"I think we might have a bigger problem to deal with," Ami pointed out into the water.
A man was kneeling down on the water, his head was down. He wore all black and his hair was green. The water underneath him started to turn dark, green and murky from its once crystal blue color. Ash fell from above and the skies were turning grey. The ominous feeling of fear traveled up the girls' spines as the man raised his head. He was pale with dark bags under his eyes and glasses.
"Who are you," Haruka yelled with a strong authoritative voice.
He stood, "Hawking. And you must be those Sailors whose death sentences should have already been taken out."
"Let's go!" Haruka shouted and the girls pulled out their transformation brooches.
"Eternal Mercury Power!"
"Eternal Jupiter Power!"
"Eternal Uranus Power!"
"Eternal Neptune Power!"
"Make Up!" The girls all transform into their alter ego sailor selves.
"O Darkness...," Hawking put his hands up, "Ravage!" Dark, poisonous mist spread from his hand bringing the dark spirits from everywhere around them. "Unlike my predecessors, I am to be a part of this battle."
He disappeared and reappeared beside Neptune, elbowing her in the gut and flinging her into a boat, then disappearing.
"He's fast!" shouted Mercury.
"Not to mention he has us cornered," Uranus said as she punched one of the monsters away, " that guy had it all planned out."
Hawking appeared beside Jupiter and she went in for a punch, but he grabbed her hand, lifting her up. His black poison started traveling up her arm, making her scream in agony. He looked at her as though he was unimpressed, "Too slow." He then threw her into the murky waters. She tried to swim her way out of it, but it was too slimy and thick. It formed tentacles around her limbs.
"I can't get free...," she struggled in pain as it slowly absorbed her energy and choked her.
Sailors Mercury and Uranus jumped away from the spirits near them. "Sailor Jupiter!" Mercury yelled. "Mercury Pure Crystal Splash!" Mercury was able to purify the water long enough for Jupiter to escape. The nasty black gunk slipped off her body like jelly.
Sailor Neptune came back flying in, reverting the spirits back to their original form. The girls stood side by side facing Hawking as he walked towards them. "I got this you guys," said Uranus, "you take care of those spirits."
Hawking and Uranus lounged at each other fists first. They hit each other at an equal net force. Neither budged. Hawking smirked. "I'm your opponent now," she told him. The two jumped back and went at it again punching, kicking, low kicks, high kicks, uppercuts, and throwing. She tried to trip him, he backflipped, shooting his foot at her face centimeters from the impact as she moved back. She got into a boxing position, throwing fast punches left and right, but he kept dodging.
They jumped back to each of their sides, Uranus had a few scratches. "Your not that bad," she said wiping some blood from the corner of her mouth.
"You're pretty fast," he said, the appeared behind her, "but not fast enough," he whispered with a grimace across his face. But before he could hit her, Neptune reacted with an attack.
"Neptune Oceanic Impulse," she shouted. But instead of an intense swirl of raging ocean water, it was a bright dome of light that spread through the area purifying the water, sky, and spirits. It was blinding.
Hawking couldn't take it and run off. He appeared with an overview of the sky, "Tch." He vanished.
"Nice work Neptune," said Uranus.
"That wasn't me," she replied. The silhouette appeared in front of the girls again.
"The Sail...," Jupiter looked up from the ground below.
"Oh how tragic...," her voice seemed to have a tone of dismay. "You all are so brave and strong, but even with your advanced strength, it still seems you can not defeat one of them. Good work, you have located all of us. You have entered the gate to the future, now what you do with this power is up to you. The moon may shine as bright as ever upon us, but is its brillance strong enough to show its worth? Remember it well sailors," the Sail disappeared and a pentagonal-shaped piece of glass appeared in Mercury's hands.
Jupiter stood looking into Mercury's hands, "just a piece of glass?"
Sailor Mercury thought to herself, What did she mean by "remember it well."

Ami and the others make it back to Rei's shrine. "We have it," she yelled. All three groups may each other once more. Dia and Minako took out their own pentagon pieces. The pieces floated in the air above Usagi and united into on rectangular mirror. Usagi looked into the mirror and show something in it.
The imaged disappeared and the mirror shined brightly. And a ball of light appeared. From it sprang three Sailor Soldiers.
