Chapter 4

"What is your quirk?" Tsukauchi asked Boboiboy the same question as he did on all others, "I'm... quirkless." Boboiboy said while looking away from the detective, feeling a little guilty and concerned for getting caught a lie. "...ah. Sorry, I— Umm. Alright, then." Tsukauchi said, feeling sorry for the boy. He didn't detect a lie on him and from the way the boy is acting, Boboiboy must've felt ashamed for being quirkless and having to tell him that fact. Well, Tsukauchi only thought that it was the case but it's not for Boboiboy. "Thank you for being honest with me and bearing with me, Boboiboy. I can let you guys off the hook now." Tsukauchi said with a gentle smile and Boboiboy seemed to calm down from that.

After everything happened and we're out of the station, Yaya gave back Boboiboy's power watch. "Here, Boboiboy!" Yaya cheered, "I told you, you won't get caught. Hehe!"

Boboiboy was able to tell Tsukauchi he's quirkless because technically, he doesn't have powers on him at that time so he's technically telling the truth.

The team came to a stop by the huge gate in front of them, "This is it." Fang said, "The base is the mansion, where we'll be staying at and that little laundry shop across the street is part of it too." Fang pointed the shop from across them. "Wooahh, so huge!" Gopal beamed, "I bet there are a lot of food there too!"

"Hehe, awesome!" Boboiboy cheered, "There's plenty of room for me to split!" Boboiboy said, after defeating Retak'ka, he's been learning new ways to use his powers and enhancing their capabilities. So now, Boboiboy can split at least a three days long. "Uwaahh, the kitchen might be bigger!" Yaya exclaimed, "I could bake more if the room is big!" she smiled ever so brightly while the rest felt their doom is knocking at their door.

"Ehehehe, err, Yaya, why don't you take a break from baking and instead study with me! I bet theirs a library in there!" Ying said, trying to stray Yaya's plan on baking cookies. "Ooohhh! That's a good idea, Ying!" Gopal said, "I'm sure there are some interesting books." the boy and along with Ying and the rest encourages Yaya to go and hangout with Ying to study. "Yeah! I heard that there's actually a huge library in there!" Fang announced. "Hmmm..." Yaya hummed in thought and the rest were awaiting for their friend's respond, "Okay!" Yaya beamed with her bright smile and the four sighed in relief and smiled with her. 'We live another day...!'

"Wait here, I'll go type in the password." Fang said and went to the side of the huge gate where Fang could see a keyword and a tiny screen. He typed in the password and the gate starts to open.

They all went inside and Yaya knocks the door. When the door starts to open, they were greeted by Admiral Tarung, "Admiral?!?!" the five synced in saluting their Admiral in TAPOPS style in a habit, "Huh?! Why are you here, Admiral???" Gopal asked, "HAHAHAHA! Of course I'm here!" Admiral laughed, "And so is your Commander Ko Koci!" when Admiral said it, Commander Ko Koci popped behind from the Admiral and greeted the five, "We're here to introduce you to the Team X, they'll might think you're a spy or an infiltrator." Ko Koci explained, "We're also here to properly explain to you about your mission." he continued.

Everyone went inside, Commander Ko Koci and Admiral Tarung started to introduce the Kokotiam to the Team X and had one of them give a tour around the base before going back to meet up with the Commander and Admiral for the mission.

"Alright, since you're finished touring around, it's time for your mission!" Commander said, "Hm? Where's Admiral?" Yaya asked, "He's out, new recruits that he needs to tend to for their tests!" Ko Koci explained and the Kokotiam winced when they remembered how tough it was for them.

"Now, for your mission. You will be transferring to a school!" Ko Koci exclaimed, "What?!" The five shouted in unison, "But why Commander?" Fang asked, "Yeah! Why?! It's summer!!" Gopal cried, "Aduh... that's our mission?" Boboiboy said, "Hehehe, don't worry Boboiboy. You won't be enrolled there." Ko Koci said, "Huh???" Boboiboy questioned, "Eh? Then, if Boboiboy doesn't go, can I not go either, Commander?" Gopal asked with his brimming eyes but was shot down when the Commander he has to go, "Alright, alright. No more questions! Ask after I explain it to you all." Ko Koci said.

"The four of you will go to school in research of quirks, we weren't able to do more since most of us are adults and the people mostly can't use their quirks so our research is limited but we did eventually got it around by doing surveys and the like, it's just that we needed to learn more about what a quirk can do." Ko Koci explained, "Like can it be transferred or does it have to be inherited? And why 20% of the population doesn't have one. Things like that, the Team X was built just a year ago so the information are lacking and we needed someone to be in a school to observe directly of their quirks and that's where you all come in." Ko Koci continued. "Huh? Just a year ago? The Team X must've found DimenBot really fast." Fang said, "Funny story really, one the members only got lost and cried and started venting somewhere that DimenBot was resting and was listening in on him. Venting about laundry getting wet since it rained on that day." Ko Koci said and the Kokotiam comically sweat dropped as they are reminded of Papa Zola. "They became friends after that." Ko Koci ended his speech and Gopal asked, "What about Boboiboy, Commander?" "Hm? Oh, right! Boboiboy can't go since his powers aren't the norm here unless he can use his powers without needing to change his personality and clothes." Ko Koci explained, "But, if you really want him to go with you, he can. Though, he'll be in a different class than all of you." When Ko Koci stopped, Boboiboy then says, "I can actually use my powers without changing but it's harder to control." Boboiboy explained, "Oh yeah, you used to use your powers without changing when we were kids!" Yaya remembered of their days when they were kids but when did Boboiboy stop using his powers without changing? "Hmm, I don't remember. But I remember splitting a lot of times since it felt easier to control my powers." Boboiboy said, "I guess that's why I started changing."

"Then there should be no problem if you go with them then!" Ko Koci said, "But you can only use one or two elements to not arouse suspicion and panic. Or at least not get attracted by a lot of eyes! We have to stay lay low since we're not from this world."

"But Commander, we just got interrogated by a detective. And I had to tell him that I was quirkless." Boboiboy said, "Hm? Oh, that's alright. We just discovered that a supposed quirkless boy suddenly got a quirk! Some say he was a late bloomer." Ko Koci said, "Ehh, okay then, Commander!" Boboiboy said. "But! You still can't join them!" Ko Koci announced, "Huh? Why is that Commander?" Boboiboy asked, "We need at least or two members that are free to do other tasks since the Team X will be leaving from time to time to find DataBot, he wandered somewhere off again with one of the agents and got lost. The coordinates they sent were weird." he explained and the Kokotiam understood. "Okay, Commander! I'll be on standby!" Boboiboy saluted his Commander.

"Okay, okay. Rest up. Tomorrow, you all will be tested for the enrollment in UA." Ko Koci then began to explain on how it's going to be and when they're all done, the Kokotiam saluted their Commander and bid each other a farewell.

"Haizzz, so I guess we didn't need to make you go quirkless, Boboiboy." Yaya sighed, "Yeah... but it's better to be careful than not." Boboiboy said, "And plus, it all worked out in the end. I can still use my powers, only, I only use one or two of my elements. I have to think about what element should I use." Boboiboy then started to think.

"I hope we can be in the same class!" Ying hoped, "I don't wanna be separated from you guys!" "Don't worry, Ying! As long as we do all well, we can be together!" Yaya cheered and everyone nodded at the statement, "Well, I'm sure it's not as hard as TAPOPS tests. You guys can do it for sure!" Boboiboy joined in. When everyone finished assuring one another, they all went to their rooms that assigned to them and sleep.
