Aloïsia's POV
He is really sick, I've never seen him like this. He's not letting me call a doctor neither is he letting me do anything for him. I barely know him but I can tell that he is a nice guy, there must be something bothering him other than the high fever. I wish I could help but he really seemed like he needed some time alone...
Earlier
When did he finish the coffee and already go outside? I didn't even hear anything. I hope he liked it?.. or did he throw it down the sink cuz it was bad.. that's not what happened I should stop making up scenarios.
Meow
A cat? It sounds like it's nearby. Checking outside the window but I can't find it, I keep looking left and right while the meows are getting louder. Could it be...
I dash to the door and open it to see Alvin passed out, and a cat sitting on top of him. I gasped for air at first before getting a hold of myself. I try to wake him up while calling out his name while the cat welcomed itself inside the apartment. No way he's dead but I checked for his pulse and good news, not dead, bad news... He's burning up.
He regains consciousness and stands up slowly while I help him inside. He continues walking to his room on his own while gently pushing me aside, rejecting my help. He's definitely having a fever but no one just passes out like that, from a serious concern I ask whether I should call a doctor. "Don't bother" he whispered loudly while he could barely breathe, closing the door behind him.
