Aloïsia's POV
Did she really just do that? In my own apartment? I mean it's not mine but what the fuck? I knocked on the door and there wasn't any response, I am not going to put up with this disgusting behavior.
I quickly decided to.. make some tea :)
When you get guests, you serve them tea of course. I personally prefer coffee over tea, but I really don't wanna waste my time making coffee for someone I know I'm- let's say, not going to like for a long time.
I opened the door and noticed her glare right away,
"It's okay." Alvin said, stopping her from asking me to leave the room. She was checking his temperature, being unusually close to him for some reason.
"I made some tea, is he going to be okay?"
They were amidst packing up their stuff back in their suitcases. Saw bandages that weren't used, different types of medicines, few vials of liquid, they even drew his blood it seems.
"He'll be fine." Said the man while packing everything. I handed Alvin his cup of tea, as well as the man, and the girl although I really didn't want to. "What happened to him?" I asked him.
"The usual." Answered the girl, I didn't even ask her anything, and what does she mean by usual? Her demeanor gets me so pissed for some reason."The usual?" I asked, "He gets sick every now and then. Nothing chronic, nothing serious. He overworks time to time, doesn't take care of himself." Sighed the man. That's a way better answer than 'the usual' like, either say something meaningful or don't say anything at all. "And who are you two?" I asked, realizing that sounded a bit rude in the manner I asked it.
"Well, we can't tell you that. But you may refer to me as Clay, and her as Niko."
"Is that Japanese?" I asked, she did seem Asian, just not sure from where.
"Yes. You may be seeing us from time to time. Alvin seemed to have decided to stay in this vicinity for the time being, you as his roommate, we request that you call the same number if anything were to happen to him again."
"...Understood."There was this gentle sound of breathing, we all looked his way to notice he had fallen asleep holding the empty cup of tea between his palms, while the rest didn't even finish half of it. We stared at him for the next few seconds, "Never saw him to be this relaxed before." Clay whispered. All of a sudden something jumped over the table, next to Niko. It's that cat! It caught us all off guard, it suddenly jumped over Niko, spilling the tea all over her. Niko screamed while I tried not to smile, I don't know who you are kitty but you just made my day! Her scream woke Alvin up, "WHO IS THAT?" She yelled while the cat went to the corner of the room and sat innocently.
"Brötchen." Alvin answered calmly.
