The next day, Atsumu left the house in a simple oversized white t-shirt, black cargo pants, and black and white high-top Nike sneakers.
He had his backpack on his back with his art supplies, spray-paints and Sakusa's hoodie. His headphones sat around his neck while playing the song Yeah x3 by Chris Brown.
He was outside Komori's house waiting for him and their friends since he was first, as per usual.
It wasn't too long before Atsumu finally heard the front door unlock and he switched off the game of Subway Surfers that he'd been playing.
Komori stepped out of the house wearing a plain black t-shirt with denim jeans and white Nike sneakers. He had his silver chain around his neck and his promise ring on his finger.
His skateboard was tucked under his arm and he had his backpack on his back.
What surprised Atsumu though, was the fact that Sakusa was exited the house right after him and locked the front door behind them.
Sakusa was wearing a plain white hoodie with the hood pulled up, along with black sweatpants and black and white Adidas running shoes. He had his backpack on his back and a duffle bag over his shoulder.
"Morning, Tsumu!" Komori greeted.
Atsumu brought his attention back to Komori and smiled, "Mornin'," he replied before nodding in Sakusa's direction, "What's with him?"
Sakusa narrowed his eyes, "Good morning to you too, Atsumu," he greeted bitterly.
Atsumu rolled his eyes, "Yeah, yeah, mornin', whatever," he greeted half-heartedly before he slung his backpack over his shoulder to reach into it, "What's got ya up so early?"
Sakusa sighed but shrugged, "Wanted to head to the gym before our morning lecture," he explained, "Volleyball season is coming soon and I wanted to get some early training in."
Atsumu hummed in reply as he brought his hand out from his backpack and handed Sakusa the hoodie he'd borrowed, "Here's yer hoodie, by the way."
Sakusa looked down at the hoodie before he turned to Komori, "I thought I told you to tell him that he could keep it," he said with a deadpan expression.
Komori just shrugged and Sakusa sighed as he turned back to Atsumu, "Keep it," he directed before he muttered under his breath, "It looks better on you anyway," he said, soft enough to go unheard by Atsumu and Komori as his thoughts drifted off to how Atsumu had looked the night before.
Atsumu blinked, "What was that?"
Sakusa snapped back to reality, realizing that Atsumu had in fact heard him, but hadn't made out the words, thankfully.
"Ah, I was just saying that I should get going," Sakusa lied.
Atsumu hummed, "Alright, bye then."
Sakusa nodded and waved as he walked down the road while Komori shouted a quick, "Bye, Kiyo!!"
With that, Komori and Atsumu chatted happily as they waited for their friends, and when they arrived, they went through their normal daily routine of tagging buildings, racing on their skateboards, going to lectures, hanging out, and just being chaotic in general.
They were going back to the hideout after their lectures, so, since his and Akagi's classes ended a lot earlier than everyone else, they went to the art studio in the visual arts block to work on their pieces.
After that, they met up with their friends and skated down to the Hideout to practice more dances for the competition.
Meanwhile, Suna and Osamu were sitting on the bench in the volleyball gym while Lev helped Sakusa train.
