The birds were singing again, Raivis could hear them singing again on repeat. He yawned and stretched his arms and got out of bed. As rubbed his eyes, 'knock, knock.' "Raivis are you awake? We need to take Toris to the airport remember?" It was Eduard.

Oh, that's right. Toris is being called overseas. He didn't know how the Navy worked or how it functions all he knew is that they fly jets, steer ships, and that Toris joined.
Toris always wanted to fly, when he and Eduard were younger they would invent and make their own planes and flying machines. He remembers Toris coming home, happy that he passed his Aviation Training. But joining the Navy was something both Ravis and Eduard would've never expected from Toris. They both thought he'd gone crazy, he admitted that he wanted to do something for a change and provide something for the three of them.

Ravis changed into black jeans and a red shirt, he then slipped on his favorite red jacket that was a little too big for him but it made feel safe and protected, just like what Toris and Eduard would do. He went downstairs and smelled something familiar, the combination of bread and bacon. He smiled as he saw his favorite food on the table, Piragi, he grabbed one and sat on one of the chairs. The Piragi's were great, it was probably made by Toris, his were always the most delicious since Eduard makes them with too much bacon.

He'll miss Toris's cooking, he'll miss everything about Toris. He can remember that Toris helped raise him when Ravis's mother couldn't, he was only eleven back then. Eduard came into the picture when he ran away from home only at age thirteen. Toris was only eighteen back then, but his parents were so kind to all three of them.

But now, Toris is twenty-one, Eduard is sixteen, and Ravis is fourteen.

Toris came downstairs with a large duffle bag slung over his shoulder. "Raivis!" He sounded out of breath, probably from that bag's weight.
"I'm glad your up! Can help me carry this to the car?" Raivis swallowed his last bite and lifted the bag's handle and help him hoist it in the trunk. Eduard came out the house, keys in hand, and locked the front door.
"Alright we're all set!" He announced, "are you sure you didn't forget anything?" Toris shook his head, "don't worry I made sure I packed everything in two bags." He thumbed to the trunk.
Everyone climbed in as Eduard drove them to the airport. Raivis stared out the window, he never looked foreword to this moment. Never wanting to say goodby to his older brother figure. They finally arrive at the airport, there was already a group of recruits waiting. Toris got out as the other two followed suit. Lifting his two essentials up and setting them on the side pavement, he finally looked at the eyes of his friends. But to the three of them, they were like family, they were like brothers.

They all hugged tight, they pulled apart.
Raivis felt his eyes water, Eduard just looked at Toris with sad eyes.
"I'll write to you two, I promise." Eduard only nodded.
"We'll do the same."
Ravis hugged Toris tight, Toris knelt to his level with a plaintive smile.
"*sniff*, please don't go. Please don't leave." Toris hugged him back and rubbed his back.
"It'll be okay, I promise. I will write to you, you'll still have our scrapbook and art we made together."
Raivis looked at him in the eyes.
"But it won't be the same."
Toris sighed. This would be tougher than he expected.
He reached into his pocket and pulled out three bracelets. One green, blue, and red.
"Here how about this, I made these so that we'll always be together. As long as we wear these our bond will never break and we will never be apart no matter how far we are." He handed each a bracelet that was decorated to their owner. Eduard's was blue with with electronic charms on it. Raivis's was red with book and camera charms. While Toris's was green with aviation charms on it.
Toris's sighed and held both their hands.
"I have to go, you'll take care of yourself's right?"
Eduard lets out a laugh, "don't worry we'll be fine. I'll do everything I can to provide for the two of us."
Toris picks up his bags.
"Goodbye." He says as he joins the the rest of the recruits as they all head inside the airport.

Raivis and Eduard drove back home, the car ride was quiet. Eduard's eyes were on the road while Raivis was looking out the window. Raivis didn't know what to think. But he remembered the bracelet, he subconsciously fidgeted with it and remembered Toris's words.

He smiled.
He will come to them.
He always does.
