Who else ignores Pallad's random event thingy and just watches him cower beneath the hilichurls lol

Lumine POV:
Heheh, I have no idea where I am, she thought sheepishly, looking around. The campus was really big, so for all she knew, she might have accidently wandered out, since there were trees everywhere. I have 7 minutes, shoot, uhhh, run in that random direction! She took off running along the way that looked like it had a path. Surprisingly, it actually led to an open area with a sign saying "Self-Defense: For all grade-levels". There wasn't a classroom; instead there were wooden benches on the sides of a very large open area. What are we going to be defending against? Dust? Cuze there isn't anything here except for people. And dust. She sighed, then walked over to the bench hidden by the shadows of a tree to avoid the sun. There were some very strange people around her. One had ginger hair, that alone making him stand out as weird. He was also ridiculously tall. Another was really, really, REALLY short(was that a high schooler or an elementary kid?)and had a tail or something. I guess Paimon was right when she said that people wouldn't bully us here; can't really bully people who are more normal than you.
"Hello everyone, I am Ms. Kaze, your Self-Defense teacher. Those of you took this class last year, you already know the drill. And now, for those who are new, follow me," a voice rang. Her voice seemed to travel on the breeze, carrying it to the furthest corners of the field.
Lumine got up and followed the Self-Defense teacher, who was walking out of the training field. Where are we going? Oh no, what if she's actually a kidnapper and she's planning to knock us out? You know what, it's fine, I can do the 1-2-3 combo and knock her out if she tries to do that, Lumine thought, getting up from her seat. There were a couple of other people with her, and they all seemed perfectly calm and sure of the fact that they weren't about to be kidnapped. She decided that she trusted them more than herself, and told herself to let go of her ridiculous fear. Kidnapper? Here? Unlikely. Hopefully.
"Hey there! I'm Shizuki, and I'm in 11th grade! I've tried to make friends with everyone, but I haven't met you before!" a cheerful voice said to her right as they walked down the path, following Ms. Kaze-well, Lumine was following the person in front of her, since Ms. Kaze was too short for her to be able to see her. The woman did have striking gray hair, despite appearing to be in her late 20s. Probably genetics.
"Oh, hey, I'm Lumine. Also 11th grade," she replied to the girl who was waiting for her response.
"That's a pretty name! Also, just gonna warn you, stay away from that ginger guy, he's really weird and suspicious!" Shizuki whispered to her. Gossip? I like gossip.
"What's so suspicious about him?" Lumine asked.
"Well, I heard from some people that he's related to the Fatui in some way."
Lumine felt her blood run cold. Adding that guy to my hitlist. "Oh, really? Thanks for telling me. I'll be sure to extermin-stay away from him."
Shizuki smiled, her shoulder-length dark brown hair glowing underneath the dapples of sunlight streaming through the trees. She had a pleasant smile, as if she had nothing to hide from anybody.
"So, what do you think this walking away from the center is all about?" Shizuki asked.
Lumine shrugged. "No idea."
"Oh, well, we'll find out soon! Oh, and I wanted to ask, do you play Genius Invocation TCG?"
"Oh, that game? I think everyone plays it."
"True. Can I have your UID?"
"Sure. It's ###########."
"Thanks! I'll add you after school! See ya!"
"Mhm."About 10 years later, Ms. Kaze finally stopped walking. They were now in another clearing, albeit smaller and not empty. There were training targets everywhere, making it actually seem like a spot to train.
"Okay, newbies, this is where you will train until I deem you fit to train with the other guys," Ms. Kaze said, whipping out a clipboard like a sword.
"And when will we be deemed fit?" a boy with white and red hair asked(surprisingly, the white hair didn't make him look like an old grandpa).
"Heheh, that depends. Now grab a stick or something and swing it around."
Lumine stood there, dumbfounded. I was not aware that I signed up for stick-swinging. This is totally going to benefit my future. She sighed and picked up a stick next to her.
"Is there a specific way we're supposed to swing it?" Shizuki asked.
"Nope. No more questions, start swinging!"
Swinging a twig around was not what Lumine had expected to do for her 1st period. It wasn't hard, but very boring and her arm nearly fell off. Ms. Kaze apparently forgot to take attendance or something, since in the middle of class she ran back to the other group and back in record time.
"Also, I forgot to mention, no talking!" the teacher said, swinging her legs from a tree. Shizuki-who was right next to her, talking to that white-and-red haired guy-grumbled.
The task assigned was so boring, Lumine nearly fell asleep standing up. It was only when she started falling forward did she realize that she had dozed off. Her arm was sore from swinging some dumb stick around for about 20 minutes. Frustration was also started to well up inside of her. Swinging a stick around wasn't going to help her get better at defending herself or whatever. Maybe the teacher was just toying with them, and they'd be able to train with the other guys tomorrow. Nearby, a student threw their piece of wood down and stomped down on it.
"What is the point of this!" they yelled, glaring at the teacher, who was sitting on a tree.
"Keep swinging," Ms. Kaze sang.
With a snarl, they stomped out of the clearing. Ms. Kaze didn't try to stop them, instead making a mark on her piece of paper while humming. What exactly have I signed myself up for? The teacher doesn't care if you walk out, and all we do is swing around a piece of wood. I mean, guess it's better than math, but still. She sighed and kept swinging the dumb little stick around.Lumine was woken from her half-asleep state by a loud WHOOSH!(I know this isn't how one is supposed to receive their vision, but I couldn't think of another way lol). Lumine snapped her head over to the source of the sound. The clearing was now half-empty, with half of the students stomping off like that first blonde boy. The source of the sound seemed to be the greenish gem that was hovering in front of the white-and-red haired guy that Shizuki was talking to earlier.
"Congratulations, Kazuha, you may go back to the others now," Ms. Kaze said, smiling while marking something down on her clipboard. "Have fun finding your way back!" the teacher said cheerfully. This is the 2nd teacher I've met-the first one being that band director guy-and they are not leaving a good impression. They act like little children when they're supposed to be teaching teenagers, Lumine thought. Before she could go back to swinging her stupid little stick around, the bell(which she could still hear all the way from the woods)rang. Oh shoot, I left my backpack back there! And I need to run back to the main buildings for my next class. Quick, go go go! And with that, she took off running towards who knows where.
