I'm alone but I don't hate it
it's a new year
and my soul has shifted
I no longer yearn for an end
but I hope
I hope that itll last
and I thank the universe for giving me a second chance
I feel like a child
the moon shining at night
the sun warming my heart
and it feels right
to not be afraid anymore
to smile at my self
to see me as part of this world
I'm no longer alone
and it feels right
