[4] The Episode

"Will!" I shout shaking him. "Will!" I scream when everyone comes running out towards us, including Joyce.
"Sweetie, wake up! It's Mom!" Joyce shouts shaking him.
He gasps as he wakes up. Joyce brings him to the car and we all watch him go in.

"Okay, that totally freaked me out. Did that not freak you guys out?" Max asks.
"Two episodes in two days." Lucas says.
"It's getting worse." Mike says.
"You think it's True Sight?" Lucas asks.
"What's True Sight?" Max asks.
"It's nothing." Lucas hesitates.

I go home and notice Els not there.
"Where's El?" I ask my dad.
"Out." He says angrily.
"You let her out? Are you insane?"
"No. I didn't." He grumbles. I go back in my room when I hear the door slam.

"Friends don't lie. Isn't that your bullshit saying?" My dad asks. He's very mad.
"Hey, hey, hey! Don't walk away from me!" My dad yells, "where'd you go on your little field trip, huh? Where? Did you go see Mike?" My dad asks.
"He didn't see me." El says.
"Yeah, well, that mother and her daughter did and they called the cops. Now, did anyone else see you?" My dad asks.
"Nobody saw me!" El yells.
"You put us in danger. You put me in danger and your sister. You do realise that, right?" My dad asks.
"You promised! I go... and I never leave! Nothing ever happens!" El screams.
"Yeah! Nothing happened and you stay safe!"

"Elizabeth they're arguing because of you." The man says.
I look around and see floating doors and windows.
"It's all your fault." The man says.
"Stop it. You're not real." I say.
"Oh, but I am, Lizzy. I'm more real than you think." He says.
"Why do you keep doing this to me?" I ask the man.
"I like you Elizabeth. You remind me of me." He says.
"That's not true." I say.
"You have potential. You and I could do many great things." He says.

I wake up and I look outside and it's the next day. I go to school, feeling on edge. I keep wondering about what he means when he says "you'll see very soon" I get my books out of my locker when I feel someone touch my shoulder. I turn around alarmed and see that it's Billy.
"Jesus." I say and start breathing heavily.
"Relax, gorgeous." Billy says.
"What do you want?" I ask.
"You free tomorrow night?" He asks.
"I'm not sure, why?" I ask.
"You, me at the movies. Then go to my house to... relax?" He asks and it starts to creep me out.
"No thanks." I say.
"God, don't tell me you date pretty boy." Billy says pointing to Steve looks looking at us from across the hallway.
"What? No, we're just friends." I say.
"Good, here's my number if you change your mind." He says and gives me a piece of paper and winks at me. He leaves and I shudder.

"What's going on between you two?" Steve comes up to me and asks.
"Nothing." I say, "I think he's into me."
"You think?" Steve asks.
"Yeah, whatever I have to go." I say slamming my locker and leaving.
"Hey, woah, what's going on? Are you okay?" He asks me.
"Yeah I just have to... check on Dustin." I say and run to my car. I get into my car and it's a coincidence that I hear someone on my walkie talkie.

"Lizzy! This is a god damn code red! Do you copy?" He shouts.
"Yeah, yeah. I copy." I say.
"Meet me at the Wheelers!" He shouts.
"Shit." I say and drive to the Wheelers.
