Buzz buzz! Your phone begins to ring. You reach over and grab it from where you're laying. Looking closely at the bright screen, you see Sollux was pestering you. You glare at your phone, you don't want to talk to that asshole right now. You sit up and stretch. It's about 10:00 in the morning, so you decide to get up and go get some coffee, hoping Sollux isn't there. If he is, you'll just try your best to ignore him.

--at the coffee shop~--

Walking up to the coffee shop, you enter through the front door, the familiar bell jingles alerting the staff that a new customer is there. You try your best not to look around. You don't want to see Sollux, if he is even here. You still haven't forgiven him. I mean seriously, why should you? He hasn't even said sorry. Asshole. You walk up the front and as you do, out of the corner of your eye, you see the colors red and blue. Of course, he's always here. You keep a straight face and keep walking. You order your drink, pay for it, then make your way fast-walking to the door. You hear Sollux's lispy voice as you open the front door, "(name)! I'm sorry! Okay? I'm sorry." You turn around swiftly and walk angrily over to his table, your coffee still in your hand. You get up right in front of him and glare at him. He looks back at you nervously, "Uh, (name)?" Out of anger, you take your coffee cup, rip off the lid, and pour the relatively warm liquid onto his fluffy black hair. He yells and jumps out of his seat. Splatters of liquid hit the floor. Sollux, standing up, looked down at his shirt, now soaking wet and sticking to his grey skin. You say nothing after this, and just continue to fast walk out of the door. You really shouldn't of done that, but you already did, and it's too late to take it back now. You stop and take a deep breath, and then continue to walk the rest of the way home. As you walk up to your front door, your phone buzzes. Grabbing your phone of your pocket, you check your messages. Eridan is pestering you. What could the fish possibly want from you?

Eridan:
"So I wwas wwonderin', there's an amusement park open today, and I havve no one to go wwith, so wwould you like to go wwith me?"

Eridan had this weird typing quirk, where he doubles all of his Ws and Vs in his sentences. It's kind of odd, but you say nothing of it. Sollux also had a typing quirk, but nevermind that asshole. Back to Eridan.

You:
"Sure! I'd love to come! What time and where do I need to be? :)"
Eridan:
"Wwell, I could come an' pick you up if you wwant me to. I might take along my friend Fef if she answwers my glubbin' messages. I think you twwo wwould get along wwell."
You:
"Okay! What time should I expect you to be at my house?"
Eridan:
"Around 6:00 in the afternoon if that's alright wwith you."
You:
"Perfect :)"
Eridan:
"I'll see you then."
You:
"Bye Eridan, see ya!"

You turn off your phone and stuff it in your pocket. Opening your front door, you walk inside and shut and lock the door behind you. You let out a little shriek of excitement. You've actually never been to an amusement park before. I know it sounds silly, but your mom never had enough money at the time, or the time at all, to take you. You pull out your phone once again and check the time, 4:58. You have about an hour to get ready. Today was starting to become better.
