Stars (A Sollux x Reader) //Completed!

Chapter 14

Walking down the street, you enjoy the nice cool weather. It feels really good outside today, and you're going to enjoy it with Sollux. You were going over to his house, and you're going to force him out of his dark little cave and make him enjoy the beautiful day. You walk up the front steps and knock on the door.

No answer.

You knock again. Still no answer. The little fucker. Well, this isn't the first time he hasn't let you in. You know his house very well by now. You've been Moirails for almost a year now. So if anyone knows Sollux very well, it's you. You walk around the side of his house and look over at an open window. He always keep this window open because of how sucky is AC is. Luckily for you, you're a good climber, and there are some pretty strong vines growing up the side of his house up towards that window. Convenient right? Whatever, you grab ahold of one of the vines and you begin to lift yourself up the side of the house. After a couple of minutes, you reach the window and pull yourself inside through it. You were now in Sollux's room, he didn't hear you come in because of the headphones he had on. You decide to give him a little scare. Creeping up behind him slowly, you reach to his sides and get ready to scare him.

"RAAAAAAAAH!!", you start to tickle him. Sollux screams falls out of his chair. There's a loud clattering noise as the chair falls to the floor, as well as a thump as Sollux hits the floor, landing on his back. He moans and rips off his headphones. You start to laugh. "(Name)? What the heck was that for?", Sollux sits up and starts rubbing his head, "did you fucking come through the window again?"
"Duh."
Suddenly, from outside the door, there's the sound of feet running up stairs. Sollux's door bursts open and a short troll with a yellow and black striped t-shirt walks in. His horns resembled Sollux's, except they were larger. His hair was a black mess that covered his eyes. Behind that troll, a taller troll stood behind him. She was wearing a lot of teal and red, and had red rectangle glasses on with long black, straight hair. The smaller troll's voice was actually quite loud, "OH MY GOSH SOLLUX ARE YOU OKAY?", he had a lisp too. The troll ran over to Sollux and you and gave you a glare. The taller troll walked over as well, "Tuna calm down, I think this is the Moirail Sollux was talking to us about. But... How exactly did you get in?" You point over towards the window, "I climbed my way in." This makes her laugh, "Wow! That's pretty rad! My name is Latula by the way, and that's Mituna, my matesprit." Latula motions to the smaller troll. So that's his name, he seems really sweet. "So, what happened to SolCap over here?", Latula looks at Sollux. You rub the back of your neck, "I scared him. Pretty badly it seems, I tickled him out of his chair." Sollux growls angrily but the other two just start to laugh. "Yeah, yeah, very funny.", Sollux lifts himself up off the ground and picks up his chair, sitting it up straight. He takes a seat and rubs his head. "That fucking hurt (name)"
"Heheh, sorry. It was pretty funny though...", you shrug, "I was just trying to get you off of your lazy butt for once. You're always on your damn laptop."
"So?", Sollux raises one eyebrow questioningly
"So, you should take a break now and then and come enjoy the fresh air!"
"Why should I? What if I don't want to?"
"You won't go even if you can go and hang out with me?", you frown and give him the puppy eyes look. He rolls his eyes, "No, I would like to stay inside thank you." That response pierced you straight through the heart. So he really doesn't want to hang out with you... It would've of been nice to know that before you fucking became Moirails. Even though you've been Moirails for a long while now, he's barely ever asked you to go out and hang out with him anywhere. Like at all. Isn't that what Moirails do? This whole troll romance, quadrants thing is confusing the fuck out of you. The one time you decide to ask him to come out with you and he flat out says no. You sit there in silence. You look down at the floor. You see Mituna and Latula shift towards you, but they don't know what to say or do. You've only just met each other. You look up, looking Sollux in the eye. You start to tear up but you hold back the flood of tears and say, "Fine, I'm sorry for attempting to spend time with my Moirail. If you need me, I'll be at the fucking park. See you later, ASSHOLE!" You stomp out of Sollux's room, last Latula and Mituna. You take your leave out of the front door and slam it behind you. You start to jog away from Sollux's house and you get far enough away to where they couldn't possibly see you from the window anymore, and you slow to a walk. You put your hands and your pants pockets, and start to walk down to the park, listening to the sounds of birds along the way.
