Stars (A Sollux x Reader) //Completed!

Chapter 18

"Mm, these are delicious!", you take a big bite out of one of the pancakes Sollux had made you. After you had finished your shower and put on some of Sollux's extra clothes he had lent you (because yours had pancake batter all over them and were in the washing machine!), Sollux had called you into the kitchen after you got out of the shower, so you walked down stairs and into the kitchen to eat some of the pancakes he made. They were delicious and had a slight hint of a taste of honey. You finish up and walk over to the sink and put your plate in it and rinse it off. "Hey, thanks for letting me stay the night, and for letting me use your shower. I'll gather up my stuff and get my own clothes from the washing machine. I'll give you the clothes you let me borrow the next time we see each other okay? I'll be sure to wash them.", you head into the living room and gather the stuff you had brought with you. You walk into the laundry room and grab your clothes out of the dryer, which are still a little damp. Sollux walks in and looks at you, he looks kind of sad, "Are you sure you don't... Wanna stay a little longer?"
"Pffffffft... Sollux, are you lonely?", you start to laugh a little bit, that's what the dude gets for staying on his laptop all day.
"Aw shut up, and stop laughing, it's not funny you asshole.", and he crosses his arms and frowns.
"I'm sorry, but are you sure you want me to stay? I mean... You have your laptop, so..."
"A laptop isn't a person... I want your company (name), is that too much to ask?", he blushes a mustard yellow and turns his face away from facing you, "I'm usually always home alone and I'd like some company every now and then... Mituna doesn't live here, he only comes over to visit with his Matesprit every now and then. I'd like to start having more friends over... So..."
You walk over to Sollux and wrap your arms around him and give him a big hug, "Okay, I'll stay a little longer."
Before you could let go of Sollux, he wraps his arms around you and hugs you back. After about a minute of him hugging you and he lets you go and you kick off your shoes again and throw your things on the couch, "You know, if you were really that lonely, you could just call or text me. I'm your Moirail, I'm supposed to be there for you, am I right?"
"Well... Yeah, but... It's okay. It's my fault I'm so lonely anyways, I stay on my laptop all day writing code and hacking. Sometimes I don't even pay attention to my phone... So if I miss any calls or texts from you, it's probably because I'm busy and not paying attention to it."
"Well... Does Karkat try to talk to you at all?? What about Eridan?"
"I recently blew up kk's computer, unintentionally. It was more of his fault. I warned him, but he didn't listen. And I don't think Crabdad wants to give him a phone yet. Because knowing Karkat he'll be yelling through that phone almost like he's on speaker mode and you'll be able to hear him from a mile away. As for Eridan... Well, we don't get along well."
"Oh... I forgot about that, sorry. Also, about Karkat's computer blowing up, is he okay? I haven't heard from him in a while, has he just not been able to get it fixed?"
"Yeah he's fine, it's not the first time he's blown up his computer because he didn't listen to me. But that's not the point. He should be getting it fixed soon."
"Okay, well at least he's okay."
"Yeah."
Awkward silence.
"So...", you shift around where you stand, "what do you want to do?"
"We could play some video games or something."
"All you ever want to do is play video games Sollux.", you roll your eyes, "Are there any TV shows you like to watch? Or anime?"
"Anime is for weebs, (name)."
"But Sollux, you are a weeb."
"Fucking shut up, I am not."
"Then how do you explain the "No Game No Life" posters hUNG UP IN YOUR ROOM YOU SHI T."
"You didn't see those, I don't know what your talking about", nervous laughter.
"I'll find something for us to watch on TV, so sit your butt down on the couch."
"Fiiiiiiiiine.", Sollux groans and plops down on the couch. You grab the TV remote and turn it on and start shuffling through channels.

Yo guys! I'm so so so sorry for the delay aaaaAAAh! I promise I'm not dead okay, I've been reading all you guy's comments and thank you so much for commenting and actually wanting more of my shitty fanfic <3 lol. I've just gotten into high school and it's pretty stressful and I get quite a bit of homework. My motivation to write has also been very low, so that's another reason for the lack of chapters 😂 I'm so very sorry. But I will hopefully get back into it!! Also, please leave some chapter suggestions and stuff I should write or put in these next chapters! I know someone wanted some more romance between you guys and Sollux, so I hope I can get more into adding more romance parts into this. So! What should you and Sollux watch on TV? I was thinking Steven Universe, but feel free to comment below what you think you guys should watch together ;D
