Stars (A Sollux x Reader) //Completed!

Chapter 20

***mockingJay part 2 SPOILERS in this Chapter!! Beware!! Read at your own risk!!***

You and the others meet up with Eridan at Sollux's house and start walking to the theater. The weather started to get colder out and the wind blew more frequently. Eridan was walking beside you, shivering. He didn't bring a jacket. All he was wearing was a thin, black sweater and his typical striped pants. The sweater didn't help much to protect him from the icy cold wind. His scarf would flow in the wind occasionally when a strong gust came through. Karkat and Sollux seemed to fine. Karkat always wears a thick, black, turtleneck sweater, and grey jeans. But, all that anger stored in his body probably kept him warm as well. Sollux was smart, because before he left his house to start walking with us to the theater, he had went inside to grab a few things. Those things included a scarf, a beanie with four holes poked through the top for his horns, a plain grey hoodie, and some black gloves which he had stuffed in his pocket. Your hands were cold, you kind of wanted to ask if you could use them. But you hesitated, and before you knew it you were at the theater. Your other friends you invited were waiting outside patiently for you. Gamzee, Tavros, Aradia and Feferi waved at you as got closer. It's been a short while since you've seen them, but you could've sworn there was something off about one of them... Then it hit you, "HOLY SHIT TAVROS, YOU'RE NOT IN A WHEEL CHAIR ANYMORE??!"
"hOLY FUCKING S-SHIT (name)! cALM DOWN.", he was shivering almost uncontrollably, so his teeth were chattering as he spoke, "eQUIUS MADE SOME NEW LEGS FOR ME. sO NOW I CAN WALK ALL ON MY OWN WITHOUT HAVING TO USE A WHEEL CHAIR!"
"I motherfucking asked Eqbro to do me a favor and give Tavbro some new legs.", Gamzee stated.
"That's awesome Tav!", you exclaimed, "But, uh. Can we maybe go inside now and get to the theater we're supposed to be in? I'm really cold."
Everyone nods in agreement and you all head inside. Everyone hands their tickets to the ticket person and heads to the theater number, 8.

Everyone managed to get a seat on the same row. In order from left to right, Eridan (because no one else wants to sit next to Eridan lmaO) , You, Sollux, Karkat, Gamzee, Tavros, Aradia and Feferi. You all were going to watch MockingJay part 2 together. Feferi could hardly contain her excitement, and you could hear her giggling and bubbling with excitement all the way from where she was sitting. Gamzee, Karkat, and Eridan were fighting over popcorn. While Sollux was on his phone, and Eridan was doing absolutely nothing. Just sitting there. Poor guy, maybe you shouldn't of invited him. He may of been better off just doing what he was normally doing. Whatever that is. The theater grew dark, signaling that the movie was about to begin. You tap Sollux on the arm to get him to turn off his phone. He growls and shuts off his phone, putting it in his pocket. Gamzee, Eridan, and Karkat finally settled on letting Gamzee hold the popcorn, while they reach and grab the popcorn from there. Feferi and Aradia were finally silent, and ready for the movie.

*later in the movie*

It was the scene in the sewage pipes. You absolutely hated this scene in the book. It was terrifying. You were not prepared for the Mutts to come out of no where, so you ended up jumping in fear. While Karkat on the other hand, he ended up screaming, as well as Tavros. Aradia just started to laugh and Feferi came close to crying. Sollux jumped slightly, but other than that he seemed quite unaffected by the scene happening on screen.

*after the movie*

You stretch as you walk out of the theater, "So, what did you guys think?"
"It was amazing!", Feferi bounded out of the theater, Aradia following after her. Everyone seemed to enjoy it, even Eridan. "Oh yeah, that reminds me! Nepeta wanted me to invite you guys over to her Holiday party! It's getting close to Christmas and she wants to get all of her friends together for a party later tonight.", Feferi announces. You've never met Nepeta before, so you doubt you're invited. Eventually, everyone clears out and heads to Nepeta's party except for you and Sollux. "Uh, well I think I'm going to go home.", you say to Sollux. He looks up from his phone,"No, you're coming with me to Nepeta's party."
"Woah wait what. No, I'm not invited."
"Jfc, it's a holiday party, I don't think she would mind. The more the merrier right? Anyways, I think it's okay if you come with me as my guest."
"Well... Okay. Let's go then!"
