Chapter 17

You arrive at the front door of Sollux's house with Sollux right next to you. He pulls out his keys from one of his pockets and unlocks the door. He walks in side and turns a corner and flicks on the lights. You go inside after him and shut the door behind you. You look at Sollux and watch him move pillows over to a large black couch. God he's so sweet for doing this for you. Woah woah wtf are you thinking stop it (name), stop. He's just looking out for you because your his dear Moirail right? Yeah, and nothing more... okay now i'm making myself sad.

"I'm going to go upstairs to find an extra blanket. I'll be back, don't do anything stupid."

"Okay, Mr. Lispmaster.", you take a seat on the couch which Sollux had moved the pillows onto. You sit on the couch for a while until you hear Sollux's footsteps coming down the stairs. Sollux throws a fluffy blanket at your face. Without a word, he yawns and goes up the stairs. Guess that's goodnight. You get comfortable on the couch and get under the soft blanket and drift off into a deep, dark, sleep.

You wake up in the morning to the smell of fresh pancakes coming from the direction of the Kitchen. You sit up and kick the blankets off of yourself and rub your eyes. You stand up and walk over to the entrance of the kitchen and peek around the wall to look into the room. Sollux stands at the stove flipping pancakes. You didn't know he could cook. You smirk and start to creep up on him from behind. You lunge forward and start to tickle his sides. He jumps and let's out a shriek, and flings the pancake he was cooking at the moment and makes it stick to the ceiling. You didn't think that was actually possible. Oh well, now you know. You back up and start laughing hysterically. Sollux whips around to face you, he gives you an angry look before saying, "Are you fucking serious (name)??!! What the shit!!"

You start laughing even harder and it starts to get hard for you to breathe. You go over to a table to balance yourself and to catch your breath. "Oh my god that was amazing.", you sigh as you finally manage to catch your breath. Your sides hurt from laughing so hard. Sollux crosses his arms and looks at you questioningly. He was wearing long, baggy, black pajama pants, and a black shirt that you couldn't tell what was on it because of the ridiculous apron he was wearing. The apron was a light pastel pink with a big, cartoony Honey Bee smack dab in the center, while scattered about on the apron there were honey combs with honey dripping slightly from one of the sections of the comb. You can't take him seriously with that angry-questioning look he was giving you, and you end up going back into a laughing fit on the floor. "What's so fucking funny?!"

"tHE APRON!", you manage to say through your laughter.

"IT'S MY ANCESTOR'S APRON, SHUT UP!", Sollux blushes a mustard yellow. He turns around and grabs the bottle that contains the pancake batter and starts to squeeze it, squirting it all over you like silly string. "aAAAAHAHAHAHAH NO STOP IT HAVE MERCY!!", you crawl behind the kitchen counter for cover, but Sollux runs over to you and unscrews the top of the bottle and dumps the batter on your head. You let out a gasp and just sit on the floor covered in dripping pancake batter. You wipe the batter off of your face as good as you can so you can see again. "wHY WOULD YOU DO TH A T TO MEEEEEE??!" You try to stand up but you slip on some batter on the floor and fall back down on your butt. Sollux starts to laugh at you, "REVENGE, SUCKER!" You sigh and flick some of the batter at his face. He quickly sidesteps out of the way, avoiding the batter. You growl but you decide to give up the attacking for now, "I hate to ask it but can I use your shower?"

"Sure, it's upstairs, I'll get you a towel really quick. Try not to leave a trail of batter on the floor as you walk.", he chuckles and then goes to get a towel from a room that you can only think to be the laundry room. He comes back and hands it to you, "here, I'll show you where it is." You follow him up the stairs and he points you down a hall and to the right. "The last door on the right is the bathroom."

"Thanks.", you walk down to the door and go inside, turning on the lights. The bathroom was actually surprisingly clean and well kept. But of course, the shower curtains were decorated with honey bees. You sigh and smile, and start to wonder how the whole bee obsession started up with this family. But that's a question for another time, you get undressed, and take a shower.

Heyyy!!! Guess who's back?! I got a replacement phone and I now have more phone space so I can write these chapters more freely now without having to worry. But I will be starting up school again on the 24th, so chapters might become more rare, just depends on how much daily homework I'll be getting. I'm going to a new school for high school so I'm kind of nervous and pretty scared. I'm running out of ideas for this fanfic so maybe whenever I get some more motivation for a chapter I'll write one.
