Epilogue

One year later :

"Are you ready?" Jimin asked, looking at Taehyung with a soft gaze.

The younger nodded his head in determination.Finally the day he was looking forward to arrived.He felt happy but nervous at the same time as it was going to be one of the most important days of his life.

Taehyung felt at ease when he felt his palm being squished by the person sitting next to him.He looked towards his side only to see Jungkook smiling at him proudly.The nervousness he had been feeling for the last few days went away when the younger leaned in and pecked his lips lovingly.

"Congratulations, love!" Jungkook whispered above his lips as he took Taehyung's left hand in his hands.The rings adorning the ring fingers of both of their left hands shined beautifully as the light inside the room reflected on them.

"Thank you!" Taehyung whispered back before kissing Jungkook's lips.The soft, loving kiss helped him to become ready for the next moment.

"Ahem...I'm still here, in case you forgot." Jimin said when he realised that the two youngers literally ignored his presence inside the room.

"Chim-"

"We'll talk whenever Yoongi hyung is beside you, Jimin-ssi." Jungkook cut off what Taehyung wanted to say to his soulmate with a smirk, earning a glare from Jimin and a fond chuckle from his husband.

"You are such a br-" Jimin was so ready to scold Jungkook but a knock on the door of his cabin attracted all the three males' attention.

"Sir, everyone is waiting for you in the conference room." A lady who's Jimin's PA informed him.

"Oh.Is everything ready?" Jimin asked as he stood up.He nodded his head and dismissed the lady when he recieved a nod from her.

He then glanced at Taehyung who stood there with a small smile playing on his lips.Jimin couldn't help but smile back at the male before nodding his head.He then walked out of the cabin, knowing that Taehyung would follow him.

Today is the day, he'll hand over the charge of the Kim family's business to Taehyung which he has been handling for long.It's been a year since they came back to their country and as soon as they did, the first thing Jimin did was to arrange a press conference to announce about Taehyung.

He fed the media a bunch of lies, saying Taehyung was badly injured during the attack that day.He even showed them some medical documents which showed that Taehyung was in coma for six years after going through that incident.He also added that Taehyung lost his memories after he gained consciousness since he was hit on his backhead hard with something heavy.In the last few years, Taehyung was going through therapies so that he could regain his memories.Now that he remembered pretty much everything and the one who was behind all these were no more, they decided to reveal about him to the world.He also arranged fake proofs to show that Taehyung was living in Norway for the past few years.

Jimin always had the reputation of an amazing person who only knows how to help others.That's why everyone shed tears, hearing the story he made up.The ones who were still suspicious about the whole thing couldn't even question Jimin as he already shut their mouths with the proofs he showed to the press stuffs.They couldn't help but believe when Jimin told them that their family hid about Taehyung because they wanted him to be safe as they still didn't know who attacked the Kims that day.

From that day onwards, everyone started recognizing Taehyung as the heir of the Kims again.They understood it when Taehyung announced that he wanted to learn more about the corporate world from Jimin before taking over his late father's position.He also showed his gratitude to Jimin who handled everything selflessly and didn't let his father's hard work crumble down.
