The Story of WonderCraft..

Chapter 3

It was morning. There was a letter on the floor next to my bed. I read it.

Dear April,
This is Diana. I have something to tell you. You have a brother. Two, actually. Their names are Kevin and Isaac. You must find them by sundown, I have an important announcement for you lot. It literally cannot wait.
Sincerely,
Diana.

"Good morning." I saw Arnold had woken up. It was very early in the morning. I didn't think he'd be awake by this time, he was a heavy sleeper.
"What are you doing awake this early?" I laughed.
"I thought I heard something.." he went pink.

Soon enough, everyone woke up. I told them about the letter and said I had to go in the woods to find my apparent brothers.

"I think someone should go with you, what if it's a trap or something like that?" Gwen said.

"I could go. Besides, I saw some melons in the woods, so we could get another food source going." Arnold suggested.

"I'm fine with that." I said.
Arnold and I grabbed some torches, our tools, and armour and headed off deep into the woods in hopes of finding my brothers. We both were slightly nervous that we would run into something dangerous, but kept going.

We ended up finding a ton of melons, which gave us melon seeds, which meant we could plant melons and get a new food source. A few hours passed, and it was now afternoon. We still had a few hours left until sundown, though.

Arnold stumbled upon a ruined structure, with some red substance streaming out of the portal-like shape. There was also a chest, with some gold tools and.. obsidian?

"Obsidian? Hold on, isn't that formed when lava and water mix together?" I said.

"Yeah, it is. Wonder what this is supposed to be, though." he replied.

"Maybe we should come back with the others tomorrow or something. It might be dangerous." I suggested.
"Good point."
Soon enough, we found two boys in a little hut-like structure. They looked like teenagers, at best.

"Who are you guys?" one of the boys said. He had dark black hair with hints of light brown, which happened to be exactly my hair's shade of brown and deep brown eyes, which weren't like my light blue ones but similar in a way. He drew out an iron sword.

"Depends, who are you?" I retorted.
"I'm Isaac, and this is Kevin." another boy said. He just stepped out of the hut. "We're not out to hurt anyone, we promise."
"Okay.. I'm April."
Kevin had a sudden gleam of hope in his eyes. "April.. as in, my sister April?" he looked at me. We looked rather alike, after all. Could he be..?

"I did get a letter saying I have two brothers who were in the woods. You two could be my brothers." I told them.
"So did we!" Isaac said. "It was from Diana. Oh, did I mention we've been in here for 15 years? We were barely children when we were abandoned here."

"You guys should probably come with me, and we'll ask Diana. It's getting a bit dark anyway."
"Wait!" Arnold pointed out. "It's almost sundown."
"We better run."

Everybody ran as fast as they could. We eventually did get there in time for Diana's announcement.

"You two lovebirds took your time." Gwen said, grinning.
"It took a while, to say the least.." Arnold explained.
"What did we miss?" I asked, getting right to the point.
"We found some diamonds in a cave. It's enough for everyone to have diamond tools and armour, which is pretty epic." Yashi said.

"The sun's setting.. now!" Ava pointed to the sunset.
"Hello." Diana said. Her voice was a quiet one, but it was also one which could make even the loudest sounds go completely silent. "April. I trust you completed my mission?"
"Yes, these two are my brothers, aren't they?" I asked her uncertainly.

"They are. Anyway, my announcement. So, being the God of WonderCraft, I have the ability to give people any sort of power one can think of. You can only have one power, though. I already gave Kevin here some powers when I first saw him. It was unintentional, though. He can morph into animals or any other creature, and can time travel, in case you lot were wondering. Isaac doesn't have any powers, because again, giving Kevin powers was unintentional." She took a deep breath, and continued.

"So, what powers do you guys want?"

A/N: sorry guys, cliffhanger endings are my way of ending a chapter without it being awkward
