Sleep Paralysis
I was peacefully sleeping until
He showed up like he always does.He often comes like,
I'm a bedridden.Sweats pour down my body,
as I breathe heavily.I swear,
I've tried countless times to move but my body was stiffened.I called for help
but it feels like I'm mute. Then suddenly I felt this
weight on my chest.I just watched her overtopping me
as she watches me froze in fear.I forced myself to move,
so I could escape from its tight grip.
But my heart and mind were not destined to conspire.
Leaving me stunned, breathless, and terrified. The devil's lullaby forces fear
to overtake my sanity.I took all my courage and strength to recover from its paralyzing grasp.
I got up and
looked around.Eventually,
she disappeared.
