POV Kyoshi

My training always starts with breathing exercises, it's an important part if you want to survive a fight or ofcourse life.

"Breath in."

We both breath in.

"Breath out."

We both breath out.

"Breath in from your nose."

We both breath trough our nose.

"Breath out from your mouth."

We both breath out from our mouth.

"I want you to close your eyes and listen to the sounds around you. The sound of the leaves rustling from the wind. The sound of the waves hitting the rocks. The sound of the wind giving you little whispers in your ears." I said with a calming voice. "I want your to feel everything around you. Put your hands on the ground. Feel the earth between your fingers. Feel the wind hitting your face and body. Feel the peaceful air surrounding you." We both did this while doing the breathing exercise I learned her. We sat there for like 5 minutes. "Okay I want you to open your eyes and stand up to the edge of the mountain."

We both open our eyes and we stand up to the edge of the mountain.

"You know the drill. Stay strong on the ground. Close your eyes. Feel every movement of mine without looking." I said to her. She closed her eyes but she was very tense. "Calm down. Breath in from the nose breath out from the mouth." She did so and she calmed down and looked relaxed.

POV Neteyam

"Where are we going?" I asked as we followed Tonowari.

"We are going to see Kyoshi and Tsireya training on the mountain." Tonowari said.

"Isn't it dangerous to train on a mountain?" Lo'ak asked slightly worried.

"What are you scared for your little girlfriend?" I said teasing him.

"What? No!" He said quickly making chuckle.

We soon arrived at the top of the mountain.

"What is going on in your head Tsireya?" We heard someone asking.

As we walked further we said Kyoshi and Tsireya standing at the edge of the mountain.

"Nothing." Tsireya said.

"Okay then. Again. Close your eyes. Feel the air surrounding you. Hear and feel every movement of mine." She did as Kyoshi say and Kyoshi spins to the ground while put her leg out tackling Tsireya in the process. She groaned and opened her eyes.

"Why are we even training like this. Am I not supposed to learn how to fight?" She said grumpily standing up from the ground.

"Fine you wanna fight? Let's do this then." Kyoshi said standing calmly.

"Okay then." Tsireya said standing in fighting stands.

"Attack me." Kyoshi said.

"What?"

"Attack me. Come on." Kyoshi said pushing her a little.

Tsireya took a step forward and wanted to punch Kyoshi. But she blocked it easily. Tsireya tried again and again. It happened all so fast we where all shocked at the speed.

My dad, mom, Lo'ak, me and Tonowari where the only one who where there. Tuk and Kiri where playing in the water. I think.

"Your show sister." Kyoshi said.
