Neteyam's love

POV Kyoshi

Tsireya, me, Ao'nung and 2 of his friends decided to take Kiki, Tuk, Neteyam and Lo'ak into the ocean to look at beautiful fish and plants. Yesterday we trained all day and today we decided to do something fun.

"Come on let's go!" I said running to the edge of the pier. I dive into the water and the others followed me. While Tsireya, me, Ao'nung and his two friends dived into the water Neteyam, Kiri, Lo'ak and Tuk did a cannonball into the water.

We swam underwater looking at all the fish and plants. I saw Kiri sitting on a rock looking at some glowing small fish. I went to her and sat next to her. I moved my hand like the sea and the small glowing fish followed my movement. Kiri looked so mesmerized at the glowing fish following my movement I started to smile.

"Now you." I said with hand gestures.

We hadn't learned them hand gestures yet but Kiri came to me yesterday asking if she could learn it already so I learned her a few hand gestures.

She did the same as I did and they followed her movement. She started smiling as it worked. I looked at her and she looked so happy seeing the fish following her movement that I started to smile.

I was busy with Kiri that I didn't noticed that Lo'ak, Tuk and Neteyam went to the surface to breath some air.

POV Neteyam

Me, Lo'ak and Tuk quickly swam to the surface to get some air.  We didn't really got the breathing tactic under control so we where breathing heavily.

"Are you guys okay?" Tsireya asked as she also came to the surface with her brother and his friends.

"You guys are swimming to fast." Lo'ak said.

"Yeah wait for us!" Tuk said to them.

"Where is Kiri?" A friend of Ao'nung asked.

He's right where is she? I haven't seen her in a while.

"Yeah, and where is Kyoshi?" Tsireya asked.

After some time looking for them we saw them sitting by some plants and creatures. Kyoshi puts her hand out and the creature came to her slowly putting his forehead against her hand. She started petting the creatures head and under his chin. The creature rolled over to his back and she started rubbing the creatures stomach.

She stopped petting the creature and it rolled back over. She then grabbed Kiri's hand and she put it in front of the creature. Kiri looked away while the creature slowly puts his forehead against her hand. While Kiri was petting the creature we all sat behind a rock looking at them. The creature then started to look around making us all confused. Kyoshi puts Kiri behind her to protect her from whatever is coming. I could see at Kyoshi that she was tensing up.

We then saw three creatures swimming really fast at Kiri and Kyoshi, also partly us. But when they came really close we saw that it was Ao'nung and his friends. As soon as Kyoshi recognized them her body stopped tensing up. Ao'nung and his friends stopped in front of her and started laughing.

When the fuck did they got out of the water?

We all swam to the surface and as soon as my ears got out of the water I heard laughing.

"That was not funny Ao'nung." Kyoshi said to him.

"Come on you should see your face! You were ready to kill men!" He said laughing with his friend.

"Maybe I should've you piece of shit." She said swimming past me to get out of the water.

I tried my best to hold in my laugh but some snorts came out.

POV Kyoshi

After we ate lunch I decided to go for a walk. I walked past the sea over the sand. After an hour I was back at the village. When I saw Neteyam and Lo'ak walking towards there house/hut with with cuts and bruises on there face.

What the hell happened to them?

I decided to wait for them, after some time I saw Lo'ak walking out of there house/hut to his Ilu and rode away into the water to god knows where. A few minutes later I saw Neteyam walking out. He stopped in his track when he saw me. We both walk to eachother and stopped when where a inch away of each other.

"What happened?" I asked him while I put my hand on his face checking if he was seriously hurt.

"Got into a fight." He said looking me in the eyes.

"With who?" I asked softly taking my hand of his face.

"Ao'nung and his friends, they where picking on Kiri calling her a 'freak' for looking at sand." He said still looking angry.

"That basterd." I said looking away.

I swear I'll kill him one day.

"Don't worry darling me and Lo'ak took care of them." He said taking my chin in his hand making me look at him. "And they got out worse." He said smirking.

"Good." I said with a small smile. "Now let's get you clean up. I said taking his hand in mine.

My hand felt so small in his. And his hands where so soft. I took him to my house/hut and set him down on my bed/hammock. I take some stuff and started cleaning up his face. He hissed closing his eyes shut while I clean up a cut and his hands went straight to my hips squeezing them. I try my best not to blush, but it was hard to not blush while there where butterflies flying in my stomach.

"Sorry." I mumble.

"It's okay darling. It's not your fault." He said opening his eyes but still kept his hand on my hips.

He stood up keeping one hand on my hip while his other hand went to my face. He brushed away a strand of hair putting it behind my ear. I looked into his yellow eyes getting lost in them. His hand cupped my jaw and leaned down. I close my eyes and leaned up, our lips touch.

Sparkles flowing everywhere.
